To reset a Samsung AquaJet washer, power-cycle it: note any displayed error code, unplug the washer or switch off its circuit breaker, wait the interval Samsung recommends for your region, then restore power. Samsung does not describe a universal reset button or AquaJet factory-reset sequence. If an error returns, troubleshoot its cause rather than repeating the reset.
How do I reset my Samsung AquaJet washer?
- Record the error first. Write down any displayed code or note which lights are flashing. A reset may clear stored error history that can help diagnose a fault.
- Cut power. Unplug the washer, or switch off the circuit breaker that supplies it.
- Wait before restoring power. Samsung’s US guidance says to wait about one to five minutes; Samsung Canada says about one minute. Follow the guidance for your region and model. Samsung US reset instructions · Samsung Canada reset instructions
- Restore power and check the washer. See whether the original symptom remains or the error code returns.
This is a power cycle, not a dedicated reset-button procedure. The exact controls and behavior vary by model, so consult the manual for your washer if the steps do not match its setup.
What if the error code comes back?
A power cycle can clear a temporary glitch, but it does not identify or repair the underlying problem. For example, Samsung identifies 4C/4E as a water-fill issue; if that code returns, resetting again will not resolve a continuing water-supply or installation problem. Use the error code to guide troubleshooting, and contact Samsung service if the fault persists. Avoid repeated resets because they can erase useful error history.

How do I reset the Wi-Fi on a compatible Samsung washer?
For a Wi-Fi-capable model with the relevant controls, Samsung documents a network reset sequence. It refreshes network information; it is not a general washer reset and will not fix a mechanical fault or water-supply issue.

- Hold Smart Control until AP appears, about three seconds.
- Hold Temp until OK appears, about seven seconds.
- Turn off the washer. Samsung says the network information refreshes the next time a device is connected.
This sequence may not apply to every Wi-Fi washer. Check the exact model’s manual before using it; do not try it on a panel without those controls.
Why the full model number matters
“AquaJet” does not identify one control panel or reset method. Samsung’s 2015 product sheet describes AquaJet Deep Clean on the WA48J7700AW top-load washer, while Samsung Canada lists an Active WaterJet faucet on the WA50N7350AW/A4 and provides its user manual. These are distinct model examples, not evidence of one shared reset sequence.

Find the complete model code on the washer’s identification label, then use it to locate the matching support page and manual. The Samsung Canada WA50N7350AW/A4 support page lists the manual for that model. If the error persists after the appropriate checks, use your own model’s support information or contact Samsung service.
