The safe way to reroll in Omniheroes is to isolate the experiment from your established profile. First record the original server, player name or UID, and login method. Confirm that this login still opens the profile you want to keep. Then reroll only on a Guest profile or another available server. If the result is poor, delete only that disposable reroll profile through the current User Center controls; never delete the profile containing your established progress.
Omniheroes support confirms that a profile can appear empty when you are on the wrong server and directs players to use the server list, Switch Server, and Switch Account. A Pocket Gamer guide describes a Guest-account deletion loop, but that is a third-party procedure, not an official promise that repeated deletion is lossless. The controls, rewards, codes and account rules can change, so verify every screen before confirming a destructive action.
What “reroll without losing progress” actually means
Rerolling means creating a fresh game profile, claiming the early-game summons, and repeating the process until the opening roster meets your target. The risk is not the summons themselves; it is confusing a new profile or server with the profile that already contains your progress.

A different server may look like a level-one reset even when the old profile is intact elsewhere. A Guest profile may be disposable, while a bound profile can be recoverable through its login. Because the exact account behavior and menu labels can change, treat every new reroll as a separate experiment until you have verified where its data is stored.

No official OmniDream statement found for this procedure guarantees that deleting and recreating profiles preserves another account. The safest interpretation is therefore operational: preserve the established profile first, isolate the reroll, and delete only the isolated profile.
Lock down your established profile before touching reroll controls
Record the identifiers that support can use
Write down the original server number or name, player name, UID if the game displays one, and the login method currently holding the progress. If the profile has a bound account, note the exact sign-in option rather than relying on memory. A screenshot of the profile and server selector can help, but keep the information somewhere outside the game so it remains available if the app signs you out.
Verify the original login, not just the device
Open the account controls and confirm that the login you recorded loads the expected profile on the expected server. A game installed on the same phone is not proof that the correct account is active; mobile games can reopen the last-used Guest profile or a different server automatically. Do not begin a reroll until you can deliberately return to the established profile.
Separate the disposable profile conceptually
Use a Guest profile or another server only for the reroll when that option is presented by the game. Do not attach the reroll to the login that contains your established progress unless the current account screen explicitly explains how multiple profiles are separated. If you cannot tell which profile a deletion command will affect, stop and ask Customer Service rather than guessing.

The number of taps and the available server choices depend on the current version and account state. The deciding factor is not speed; it is whether you can identify the profile being changed and return to the profile you intend to keep.

Safe reroll workflow
- Document the established profile. Record the original server, player name or UID, login method, and a current profile screenshot.
- Re-enter it deliberately. Use the recorded login and confirm that the expected progress appears on the recorded server. If it does not, use the server list before creating anything new.
- Start an isolated attempt. Choose a Guest account or another available server through the game’s own controls. Follow the current tutorial and reward sequence; do not assume that an older guide’s button order still matches your version.
- Claim the available early summons. Use the introductory rewards and any active codes that the game currently accepts. Pocket Gamer describes progressing through Chapter 4 and receiving “over 50 summoning scrolls,” but that is a dated third-party estimate rather than a current guarantee. Your version may provide a different amount, chapter requirement or reward schedule.
- Set a target before judging the result. Decide which heroes or roster traits justify keeping the attempt. There is no independently verified Omniheroes reroll success-rate statistic, so do not treat a particular number of attempts as mathematically necessary.
- Keep a poor result isolated. If the summons do not meet your target, confirm once more that the active profile is the disposable Guest or alternate-server profile. Only then open the current User Center account controls and use the game’s own Delete Account command if it is available for that profile.
- Repeat from a clean state. Recreate or restart the disposable profile using the same in-game route. Recheck the server and profile identity before each deletion; a wrong-server screen can resemble a successful reset.
- Secure a result you want to keep. When an isolated attempt is satisfactory, use the current account controls to bind or otherwise secure it, if those controls are offered. Record the resulting login and server, then sign out and back in only when the game clearly supports that verification without risking the profile.
How to use the early-game summon window responsibly
The purpose of the opening chapters is to reach the rewards quickly enough to evaluate an account, not to rush blindly through every menu. The Pocket Gamer route uses Chapter 4 as its checkpoint and mentions more than 50 summoning scrolls. Because the guide’s publication or crawl date is not shown and Omniheroes rewards can change, use Chapter 4 only as a reference point. The current in-game reward panel is authoritative for your account.
Before spending, check the summon banner’s rules, available pool and any stated guarantee. Save screenshots of the roster and banner if you are comparing attempts; this prevents a favorable result from being mistaken for a different Guest profile later. Avoid spending resources on the established account while testing a reroll plan unless that spending is part of your normal play, because the reroll evaluation is meant to remain separate from your long-term profile.

Deleting a disposable profile: checks before the final tap
Account deletion is the most dangerous step because the game may remove the profile currently active, not the one you intended to discard. Menu names can also differ by version. Before confirming:
- Read the profile name, server and UID shown on the account screen.
- Compare them with the disposable attempt you just evaluated.
- Switch back to the established login in your notes if anything is unclear.
- Look for a confirmation warning that identifies the account being deleted.
- Cancel if the screen does not clearly identify the disposable profile.
The third-party loop described by Pocket Gamer is Profile → Settings → User Center → Delete Account, followed by creating another attempt. Treat that path as a practical guide, not an OmniDream guarantee. If your current menus do not match it, do not improvise with a different deletion command; use the account and server switching tools or contact support.
What to do when your account appears reset
1. Stop deleting or creating profiles
A level-one screen is not proof that progress has been lost. Further deletions can make identification harder, so stop experimenting until you locate the original profile.
2. Check the server list
OmniDream’s developer responses say that accidental loss of progress should first be checked through the server list because the player may have entered the wrong server. Open the server selector and look for the original server number or name you recorded.

3. Use Switch Server in Settings
An App Store developer response specifically directs players to skip the tutorial and use the Switch Server function under Settings. Select the recorded server, allow the game to reload, and check the player name or UID rather than relying on the level alone.
4. Use Switch Account in User Center
If the server is correct but the profile is still missing, open User Center and use Switch Account to return to the login method that held the established progress. Guest and bound profiles can be different even on the same device.
5. Contact Customer Service with identifying details
Use Settings → Customer Service in the game. OmniDream also lists omniheroessupport@omnidream.com for account binding or recovery issues. Include the server, player name or UID, login method, approximate last successful access, and screenshots. Explain whether you switched servers, switched accounts, or deleted only a disposable profile. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.
What is officially supported—and what is not
The official developer responses available in the App Store support three recovery actions: checking the server list, switching servers from Settings, and switching accounts from User Center. One response says, “please skip the tutorial and use the switch server function under settings and the switch account function under user center to log back in.” Another says, “If you accidentally lose your progress, you can go to the server list to see if you entered the wrong server.” These statements support navigation and recovery checks; they do not promise that any particular reroll sequence preserves every profile.

The available evidence does not establish an official repeated-deletion guarantee, a universal Guest-account binding rule, or a current summon count. The community report about a level-one profile on a new server is useful as an anecdote, but server behavior can vary by account and version. Keep those distinctions in mind when deciding whether a reroll is worth the risk.

Common failure modes and the correct response
Deleting the wrong profile
Symptom: the established roster disappears immediately after a deletion confirmation. Response: stop making changes, check every server, use Switch Account, and contact Customer Service with the original identifiers. Do not create several replacement profiles while support is trying to identify the original.
Assuming the device remembers the right account
Symptom: the game opens a level-one profile after reinstalling or relaunching. Response: treat the device session as untrusted. Use the recorded login and server through User Center and the server list.
Binding the wrong reroll
Symptom: a desirable roster is no longer visible after signing in with the established login. Response: return to the Guest or alternate-server session if possible, record its server and UID, and use the current account controls to secure it only after confirming which profile is active.
Following an outdated menu path
Symptom: Profile, Settings or User Center does not contain the option described by an older guide. Response: rely on the labels in your installed version, avoid guessing at deletion, and ask in-game Customer Service for the current route.
Counting on a fixed summon allowance
Symptom: your account offers fewer or different rewards than an online reroll guide. Response: use the current reward panel and banner rules. The “over 50 summoning scrolls” figure is a guide estimate, not a guaranteed entitlement.
When rerolling is a poor trade-off
Do not reroll if you cannot identify the established login and server, if the game offers no clearly separate Guest or server route, or if the only available deletion command targets the profile containing your progress. The theoretical benefit of a better opening roster does not outweigh an account you cannot recover.

Rerolling is more defensible when the original profile is documented, the experiment is isolated, the current game controls clearly identify the disposable profile, and you are prepared to stop and contact support when the account state becomes ambiguous. Keep the winning profile’s server and login details with the same care as the original profile.
Support message template
When contacting support, provide a concise, verifiable timeline:
- “My original server is [server name or number], and my player name/UID is [identifier].”
- “The progress was last visible after signing in with [login method].”
- “I currently see [level-one or empty profile] on [server].”
- “I already checked the server list and used Switch Server/Switch Account.”
- “The profile I intended to delete was a Guest or alternate-server reroll, not the established profile.”
Replace each bracketed item with your actual details before sending. Never include a password or security code.
The practical rule
Keep the established profile untouched, run experiments only on a Guest account or clearly separate server, and verify the active profile immediately before any deletion or binding action. If progress appears to vanish, assume a wrong server or account first and use the official switching controls before attempting anything destructive.
