Use dry heat—a toaster oven, conventional oven, or air fryer—and check the churro early. There is no official, verified time or temperature for reheating an already-cooked Costco food-court churro, so treat any timing as an estimate. For the best chance of a crisp exterior, heat briefly, avoid crowding, and serve soon.
Air fryer: a quick, check-as-you-go method

Preheat the air fryer if your model recommends it. Gourmia’s general cooking guidance says preheating will generally deliver the best results; it does not give a churro-reheating setting.

Place the churro in the basket with space around it so air can circulate. Use the appliance’s air-fry mode and begin with a short interval. A couple of minutes at a low-to-moderate setting is an untested starting point, not a Costco recipe.

Oven or toaster oven: use what you already have
Set the churro on a rack or tray and warm it in a preheated oven or toaster oven, checking early. There is no validated oven time or temperature for a Costco food-court churro, so use a conservative setting and treat the first short heating interval as an estimate. Avoid leaving it in unattended; add time in small increments if the center is still cool.
If you are choosing between appliances, consider what you already own, how many churros fit without crowding, and which lets you inspect them easily. The available guidance does not establish that either appliance produces a better Costco-churro result under controlled conditions.

Why microwave-only reheating is a poor choice for crispness
A microwave can warm a churro, but the available guidance does not support promising a crisp result from microwave-only reheating. A Costco-hosted microwave manual advises reheated food should be piping hot throughout and warns that pastry fillings can become much hotter than the surface.

Keep the frozen retail product separate
Hola! Churros Double Twisted Cinnamon Sugar Pastry Snack is a separate frozen retail product, not the cooked food-court churro this method addresses. Its product label says to air fry from frozen for 6–8 minutes at 400°F, or until the desired crispness is reached. Those are frozen-product cooking directions; do not transfer them to a cooked leftover.

For churros with perishable toppings or fillings, follow USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service general handling guidance: do not leave food at room temperature for more than two hours, or more than one hour when the temperature is above 90°F. The USDA two-hour rule is general advice and does not specifically classify a plain food-court churro. Serve reheated churros soon; as they cool or sit, their exterior can soften.
