To enter a Fortnite Solo Reload Victory Cup, open the event in the in-game Compete tab, check its requirements and session time, then select it from Play > Mode Selection > By Epic. There is no separate registration form in Epic’s participation instructions. Requirements and schedules can change between events, so use the listing for the specific event and region you intend to play.
How to enter the Solo Reload Victory Cup
- Open Compete. In the Fortnite lobby, select the Compete tab to view previous, current, and upcoming tournaments. Epic’s tournament participation instructions direct players to this tab.
- Choose the correct Solo Reload Victory Cup. Check the event window, region, Details, and associated rules. Schedules and requirements belong to the specific event, not every Solo Reload Victory Cup.
- Review eligibility before the session. For the event listing reviewed on October 4, 2026, Epic required Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in either the current or previous season, eligible age, and multifactor authentication (MFA). See the event’s listing for its current requirements.
- Select the tournament in Play. Go to Play, open Mode Selection, scroll to By Epic, and select the tournament.
- Check the in-game session time for your region. Use the schedule on the event listing shown in Fortnite; a time displayed for another region may not apply to you.
Eligibility requirements on the October 2026 listing
The event listing reviewed for October 2026 specified Platinum or higher in Reload Combined Ranked in either the previous or current season. It also stated: “Players must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in their country of residence), and have MFA enabled.” Epic’s age-eligibility guidance adds that players aged 13–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian; see Epic’s competitive-event age eligibility guidance.

These are details of that listing, not a guarantee that a later event will use the same rank gate or other conditions. Read the selected event’s Details and rules before trying to enter.
Why the tournament may be locked
A lock icon can mean the tournament has not started or that your account is missing an eligibility requirement. Select the lock icon to open the requirements panel and see which criteria are outstanding. Epic explains this in its support article, Why can’t I join a Fortnite Tournament? If the event appears unavailable, compare the panel with the event’s Details and rules rather than assuming the lock indicates a technical problem.

What the October 2026 event listing says about format and rewards
The Solo Reload Victory Cup listing reviewed showed an event window of October 2–24, 2026, with session schedules varying by region. It listed these Round 2 qualification thresholds and a Round 2 reward:
| Listing detail | October 2026 event |
|---|---|
| Players qualifying for Round 2 | EU: 4,000; NAC: 2,000; OCE, ASIA, ME, BR, and NAW: 800 each |
| Round 2 Victory Royale reward | $100 USD for each player who earns a Victory Royale in Round 2 |
These thresholds and the reward are specific to the October 2026 listing and may differ for another event. A separate Chapter 7 Season 3 Victory Cups rules page, dated June 3, 2026, describes Round 1 as approximately two hours with a maximum of eight matches. Treat that as a season-specific format, and check the rules linked to the event you plan to play.
