The official sources reviewed do not yet document a specific in-game menu or button for redeeming AION 2 Founder’s Pack rewards. Check the account used to buy the pack and AION 2’s current official support or announcements for pack-specific instructions; don’t assume the rewards arrive by coupon or mail.
The official global page lists October 5, 2026 as the launch date and advertises five-day advanced access for Founder’s Pack buyers. Steam says advanced access begins September 30, 2026. These dates and the offer are time-sensitive, so check the live official listings.

What to do to claim your Founder’s Pack
- Check the purchasing account. Sign in to the account that bought the pack and confirm the purchase in the relevant official storefront or account records. Steam describes the packs as digital bundles and says the AION 2 base game is required.
- Look for current pack-specific instructions. Check AION 2’s official support and announcements for instructions on accessing Founder’s Pack entitlements. The official sources reviewed do not identify a particular menu, claim button, or delivery method.
- Follow the instructions provided for the pack. Do not use a pre-registration coupon flow unless an official instruction specifically directs you to do so. The documented coupon guidance concerns pre-registration codes, not Founder’s Pack rewards.
The reviewed official material also does not state which character or server receives the rewards. If that choice matters to you, confirm it with official support before selecting a character or server.
What each Founder’s Pack includes
The official AION 2 global page lists three tiers. Steam’s listing presents them as digital bundles; its reviewed result showed the following prices, which may change and should be verified on the live store page.

Founder’s Pack rewards are not pre-registration coupons
AION 2’s support FAQ says pre-registration coupon codes can be redeemed in-game after the official launch. That guidance applies to those coupon codes; it does not explain how to claim a Founder’s Pack or establish that its contents are delivered by coupon.
Do not confuse pack rewards with launch celebration mounts
The official global page says eligible players receive two launch celebration mounts automatically in their in-game mailbox. That statement is specifically about those mounts. It does not confirm that Founder’s Pack rewards arrive by mail or use the same process.
