To recruit Creek in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, complete the Part I subquest “My Late Sister’s Accessory,” then defeat him in Part II: War, Chapter 2. To recruit Nathan, use Creek in Part II: War, Chapter 3 and have Creek deliver the finishing blow.
Recruit Creek
- Complete “My Late Sister’s Accessory” during Part I. RPG Site lists this subquest as a prerequisite for Creek, but does not identify a universal chapter when it appears. The guide cautions that the quest may not be available on every route, so check the quests offered on your active route rather than assuming it will appear for all players. RPG Site’s character recruitment guide does not provide a complete route-by-route availability chart.
- Defeat Creek in Part II: War, Chapter 2. The guide identifies this battle as the point where Creek joins, provided you completed the Part I subquest.
Recruit Nathan
- Bring Creek to Part II: War, Chapter 3. Creek must be available in your party for this recruitment condition.
- Have Creek defeat Nathan. Nathan joins when Creek lands the finishing blow, according to the character-specific entry in RPG Site’s guide. The guide does not list an additional Support, Renown, gift, or negotiation requirement for this step.
What if “My Late Sister’s Accessory” is unavailable?
The available guide warns that Creek’s Part I prerequisite may not appear on every route, but it does not establish which routes offer it or provide an alternate way to recruit him. Check your active route’s available quests during Part I. If the subquest is absent, the published information does not establish whether Creek can still be recruited later; do not treat the Chapter 2 battle alone as a confirmed workaround.

How this differs from general Part I recruitment
Part I recruitment elsewhere in the game can involve Support or Renown levels, extra conditions such as money, questions or items, subquests, paralogues, or story progress, and requirements can vary by route. Those general systems are not listed as substitutes for Creek’s specific Part I quest and Chapter 2 battle, or for Nathan’s Chapter 3 finishing-blow condition. RPG Site identifies both Creek and Nathan among characters who do not join in Part I. See the guide’s recruitment overview.
How certain are the route requirements?
The step-by-step Creek and Nathan requirements come from RPG Site’s guide, dated September 17, 2026. Nintendo’s public recruitment information, as summarized by an independent guide last verified September 26, 2026, confirms that allies can be recruited in Dagsion and that gifts or meals can persuade some characters, but does not publish a complete recruit list or exact route-trigger chart. That leaves Creek’s route-specific quest availability unresolved; the battle sequence above is the detailed secondary-guide account, not a complete official route matrix. Read the independent guide’s summary of public recruitment information.
