If you accidentally sold an item to an NPC shop or deleted it in AION2 Global, submit a restoration request to PLAYNC Support within 15 days of the loss. NC’s Operation Policy lists these cases as potentially recoverable once per account per year, but restoration is conditional—not guaranteed. Items lost to a failed enhancement, marketplace errors, and several other actions are not eligible under the policy schedule.
Check how the item was lost
AION2 Global treats different item-loss events differently. “Destroyed” is not a single policy category: mistaken deletion may qualify, while an item lost because an enhancement failed does not.
| What happened | Policy outcome | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Sold to an NPC shop | Listed as restorable once per account per year | The sale proceeds are recovered. Sales made to free inventory space are excluded. The policy also excludes ordinary sale or user-fault losses in its general principles, so eligibility depends on the detailed schedule and support review. |
| Deleted by mistake | Listed as restorable once per account per year | General policy conditions and the requirement for verifiable records still apply. |
| Extracted by mistake | Listed as restorable once per account per year | Wings and Arcana extraction are excluded; other restrictions may apply. |
| Converted materials by mistake | Listed as restorable once per account per year | Subject to the general policy conditions and support review. |
| Lost when enhancement failed | Not restorable | The schedule marks this case ineligible. |
| Unwanted crafting completed | Not restorable | The schedule marks this case ineligible. |
| Supply-request delivery made by mistake | Not restorable | The schedule marks this case ineligible. |
| Marketplace purchase, sale, or fee error | Not restorable | A marketplace transaction is different from selling to an NPC shop. |
These outcomes come from NC / PLAYNC’s AION2 Global Operation Policy. The policy’s general principles also say that restoration is not assured, that losses without retained records cannot be restored, and that intentional losses or items that create exploitation risks may be restricted.

Submit a request within 15 days
The Global policy says to apply through the customer center within 15 days of the loss or alteration. It counts the day the loss happened as part of that period. It also warns that later verification can be difficult or take significant time, so submit as soon as possible.

Redragon M612 Wired RGB Optical Gaming Mouse 8000 DPI Remapping Keys

- Any Button is Reassignable - 11 programmable buttons are all editable with customizable tactical keybinds in whatever game or work you are engaging. 1 rapid fire + 2 side macro buttons offer you a better gaming and working experience.
- Comfort Grip with Details - The skin-friendly frosted coating is the main comfort grip of the mouse surface, which offers you the most enjoyable fingerprint-free tactility. The left side equipped with rubber texture strengthened the friction and made the mouse easier to control.
- 5 Decent Backlit Modes - Turn the backlit on and make some kills in your gaming battlefield. The hyped dynamic RGB backlit vibe will never let you down when decorating your gaming space, it would be better with other Redragon accessories with lights on.
- Fatigue Killer with Ergonomic Design - Solid frame with a streamlined and general claw-grip design offers a satisfying and comfortable gaming experience with less fatigue even though after hours of use.
- Identify the event. Note whether the item was sold to an NPC, deleted, lost through enhancement, or involved in another action. The category affects eligibility.
- Open official PLAYNC Support. Select AION2 Global and submit an inquiry through the PLAYNC Support portal. The portal may require login. The available official guidance does not establish a universal in-game recovery button or identical menu steps across platforms.
- Have the affected account holder submit it. The policy requires the account holder to make the request; another person cannot apply on the holder’s behalf.
- Describe what happened truthfully and give the approximate date. Retained game records are the basis for verifying a loss. The policy does not publish a required list of form fields, so provide the relevant facts without assuming a specific evidence checklist.
- Wait for support’s decision. A qualifying category does not mean recovery is automatic; support must be able to verify the case under the policy.
What the 15-day and annual limits mean
For the listed NPC-sale, mistaken-deletion, mistaken-extraction, and mistaken-material-conversion categories, the schedule sets a limit of once per account per year. That is an account-level limit, not a separate allowance for every item. The policy does not promise restoration when the allowance is unused: its time window, record-verification requirement, exclusions, and review still apply.
NC / PLAYNC’s policy states: “A User who wishes to obtain restoration under Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 must apply for restoration through the customer center within 15 days from the date the game usage information was lost or altered.” The policy page does not state a publication or revision date, so check the current wording when you submit.

Do not apply a Korea-specific exception to Global
A separate AION2 Korea notice addressed a particular NPC-shop selling-configuration problem. For that incident, the notice directed affected players to submit a one-to-one support request and said qualifying restorations would not use the annual allowance. That was a region- and incident-specific exception; it does not establish a waiver for ordinary mistakes or for AION2 Global. See the Korea incident notice for its scope.
