To connect Powerbeats Pro to a Samsung phone or tablet, put both earbuds in their open case, hold the case’s system button until its LED blinks, then select Powerbeats Pro in the Galaxy device’s Bluetooth settings. Confirm the pairing prompt if one appears.

Place both Powerbeats Pro earbuds in their charging case and leave the lid open.

On your Samsung device, open Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is on.

Under available devices, tap Powerbeats Pro. Tap Pair if a confirmation appears. Samsung’s Galaxy instructions use this available-device selection and confirmation flow. Samsung’s Bluetooth pairing instructions

Play audio to check that the connection works.
Menu labels and screen layouts can differ by Samsung model and software version. The same basic steps apply to a Galaxy phone or tablet, though the exact screens may look different.

If Powerbeats Pro do not appear or connect
They are not listed in available devices

Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the Samsung device.

Keep the case open and hold the system button until the LED blinks. A Bluetooth accessory must be in pairing mode for a Galaxy device to detect it. Samsung Bluetooth troubleshooting

They were paired before but will not reconnect
On the Samsung device, open Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, open the saved Powerbeats Pro connection’s settings, and choose Unpair. Then put the earbuds back into pairing mode and follow the pairing steps again. Removing the saved connection and pairing again is Samsung’s recommended recovery for a device that previously worked but no longer connects. Samsung Bluetooth troubleshooting
Pairing still fails
Restart the Samsung device and try pairing again. If the problem continues, Samsung documents resetting Bluetooth settings as a later troubleshooting step. This broader reset removes saved Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other connection information, so you may need to reconnect devices and networks afterward. Samsung guidance on resetting network settings

Pair directly or use the Beats app?
For a basic connection, pairing from Samsung’s Bluetooth settings is sufficient. The optional Beats app for Android can add and manage supported Beats devices and show charge level and device details after connection. If the app cannot pair the earbuds, Apple says it can direct you to Android Bluetooth settings instead. Apple’s Beats app for Android information
Pairing establishes a Bluetooth connection; it does not establish that every Powerbeats Pro feature is available on every Samsung model. Use the Bluetooth route above for listening, and avoid assuming Apple-specific features will work on Samsung.
