Use EasyShare’s Phone Clone feature to transfer selected data from your old phone to your new iQOO: open EasyShare on both devices, pair them by scanning a QR code, choose the data to move, and start the transfer. Check the results before you erase or trade in your old phone. Some apps may need to be installed manually, and existing data for the same apps on the new phone may be overwritten.
Before you start
Have both phones available and charged, and make sure the iQOO has enough free space for the items you intend to move. Keep the old phone until you have checked your important data on the new one. These are sensible precautions for any large transfer; EasyShare does not promise a particular completion time.
- Open EasyShare on both phones. If you are moving from an iPhone, the vivo phone manual says to install EasyShare on the iPhone before beginning.
- Check the EasyShare screens on your particular devices. Available features and data categories can vary by country or region and software version.
- If the new iQOO already contains data from an app you plan to transfer, decide whether that data is safe to replace. The vivo manual warns that data for the same apps on the new phone can be overwritten.
EasyShare advertises phone cloning without using data, but the phones still need to establish the connection shown in the app. Follow the on-screen prompts; do not assume the transfer requires mobile data or internet access. EasyShare describes a device-hotspot connection for basic features in its privacy terms.

- Open EasyShare on both phones. Install or update it if needed. For an iPhone source, install EasyShare on that phone before continuing.
- Choose Phone Clone. On the old phone, select Old phone; on the new iQOO, select New phone.
- Pair the phones. The old phone displays a QR code. Use the new phone to scan it, then follow any connection prompts.
- Authenticate if prompted. The old phone may ask for its screen-lock password or PIN.
- Select data and start. Review the categories displayed on the old phone, select what you want to move, and start Phone Clone.
- Wait for completion. Keep both phones connected and follow the prompts on each screen. Do not rely on a fixed time estimate: EasyShare advertises speeds of up to 40 MB/s, a maximum rather than a guaranteed or typical rate.
This workflow is documented in vivo’s EasyShare support instructions and an official vivo phone manual. The instructions may look different on another iQOO model or software version.

What to check after the transfer
Contacts and photos
Open the contacts app and photo gallery on the iQOO and check for the people and images you expected to move. The older vivo manual specifically lists contacts, messages, and photos among the data EasyShare Phone Clone can import. The exact categories available on your devices are the ones shown in your EasyShare transfer screen.
Apps and app data
Review the apps on the new phone. vivo support cautions that permission limitations can prevent transferred apps from installing automatically. If an app is missing, check Files > Apps and install it manually if it appears there.
Do not assume that every app’s private data, sign-in state, or settings will work exactly as before. Also account for the manual’s overwrite warning: transferring data for an app that already has data on the iQOO can replace that destination data. Check important apps before proceeding if you need to preserve what is already on the new phone.
What “transfer everything” does—and does not—mean
Phone Clone lets you choose from the categories presented by your version of EasyShare; it is not a guarantee that every file, app, or item of app data will migrate. This is particularly important when moving from iPhone: the manual says to install EasyShare on the iPhone, but it does not establish that every iPhone content type is supported. Use the categories actually offered on your phones, and check the resulting data before retiring the old device.

EasyShare’s official product page says files can be transferred without using data and advertises speeds “up to 40 MB/s.” That is vivo’s stated maximum, not an independently verified speed or a promise for a particular phone, connection, or transfer size.
EasyShare’s privacy terms, last updated March 30, 2026, say the service processes device content such as contacts, messages, calendar items, images, video, audio, applications, settings, call records, notes, and files for basic clone and backup/restore. The terms say this content is not collected or accessed by vivo and is not uploaded to vivo’s servers; feature availability can vary by region and software version. Use a computer backup instead if you want a checkpoint
EasyShare also documents backup and restore through a PC, connected by USB cable or Wi-Fi. That is an optional alternative if you want a computer-based backup checkpoint; it is not required for the direct QR-paired phone-to-phone transfer. Use a data-capable cable with connectors that fit your phone and computer if you choose the USB route. Follow the instructions for your specific devices and the categories shown in the app.
iQOO India’s support FAQ index lists questions about network requirements, transfer limits, encrypted notes, hidden or encrypted apps, installation, and merge behavior. The index alone does not provide answers to those questions, so check the current EasyShare prompts or your model’s manual rather than assuming how those cases are handled.
