Steam access to Arknights: Endfield is currently shown as unavailable on the Steam store. Check the official Steam listing and the publisher’s announcement and FAQ for the latest availability. If you are an eligible playtester with a Steam product code, redeem it in Steam, install the game from your Library, and link Steam to the Gryphline Account that holds the character you want to use.
Check whether you can install the Steam version
The publisher’s Steam installation instructions are for eligible playtesters who receive a product code through their signup email. The Steam store listing currently says the game is not yet available on Steam, so the code-based steps below apply only if you have access through a playtest or another currently available route.
The listing says a Gryphline Account is required and that Steam account linking is supported. Check the Steam store page and publisher announcement before starting, since access may change.

Install Arknights: Endfield through Steam
If you have received a Steam product code, use the Steam client to redeem it and download the game:

- Open Steam and sign in. Install the Steam client first if it is not already on your PC.
- At the lower-left of the client, select Add a Game, then Activate a Product on Steam.
- Enter the product code from your eligible playtest email and follow Steam’s prompts.
- When activation is complete, open your Steam Library and download Arknights: Endfield.
The Steam build is downloaded and updated through Steam; it cannot be managed through the GRYPHLINK launcher, according to the official Steam FAQ.
Link Steam to the right Gryphline Account
On your first launch, you must link the Steam account to a Gryphline Account. Choose the path that matches whether you already have an account—and, especially, whether it holds the character you want to continue.

| Situation | What to choose |
|---|---|
| You already have a Gryphline Account or character to continue | Choose Log Into Existing Account & Link, then follow the prompts. The publisher recommends using the existing account if you already have a character on another platform. |
| You do not have a Gryphline Account to continue | Choose Register & Link to create an account and connect it to Steam. |
Do not register a new account if your goal is to continue an existing character. Use the publisher’s account FAQ if you need help identifying the correct sign-in route.

If your Gryphline Account uses Google, Apple, Facebook, or PSN
If you originally accessed Gryphline through a third-party login, the account may need an email address linked before you can connect it to Steam.
- An email is already linked: Choose Log Into Existing Account & Link on Steam and sign in with that email.
- No email is linked: First sign in to the Gryphline Account Center using the original third-party login. Follow its instructions to link an email address that has not already been used to register a Gryphline Account. Then return to Steam and use Log Into Existing Account & Link with that email.
Choose the server that holds your progress
The publisher says Steam and other platforms use the same game servers and account data. Once the accounts are linked, progress carries over on the corresponding server. Asia data is separate from Americas / Europe data, so choose the server where your existing character is located. Linking accounts does not make progress from those different server regions interchangeable.

Steam says the product code is invalid
Check that you entered the complete code correctly. Look closely at characters that can be confused, such as zero and the letter O, or one and the letter I.

Steam says the code has already been used
Confirm that you are signed in to the intended Steam account. A code can be linked to only one Steam account and cannot be reused.

Open the Steam Library and download and install the update there. The Steam version is handled through Steam rather than the GRYPHLINK launcher.
