There is no confirmed way to get Lucy’s Fortnite outfit for free right now. Epic’s documented free route was the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Cup, which ran September 19–20, 2026. That event has ended, and Epic has not announced a future free opportunity in the sources available. The outfit is named Lucyna Kushinada in Fortnite.
How the free Lucy outfit was earned
Epic awarded the Lucyna Kushinada outfit to qualifying players in the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Cup. It was a competitive prize, not a free login reward available to everyone. Players had to finish within the prize cutoff for their region and the specific tournament format.

Why there was no single placement cutoff
The required placement depended on region and format. The rules covered Trios Battle Royale, Trios Zero Build, and a Solo Mobile Cup, with separate prize thresholds. For example, the outfit cutoff reached top 350 in EU Battle Royale, top 240 in NAC Battle Royale, and top 30 in OCE Battle Royale. In Mobile, examples included top 200 in EU and top 150 in NAC. These are historical tournament cutoffs, not entry requirements for a current event.

Could Lucy be claimed from the Item Shop instead?
Epic’s shop listing placed Lucyna Kushinada in the Cyberpunk Edgerunners Bundle. The listing showed a discounted price of 2,300 V-Bucks, compared with an original listed price of 3,800 V-Bucks, and said the offer ended September 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time. Those are historical listing details; they do not show that the bundle is currently available. Check the live Fortnite Item Shop listing for any later return.

Does buying Cyberpunk 2077 unlock Lucy?
No. Epic’s separate Epic Games Store promotion for Cyberpunk 2077 or Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition names the Adam Smasher Outfit and Adam Smasher’s Shoulder Cannon Back Bling—not Lucyna Kushinada. Its 1,500 V-Bucks provision applies only in the specified case where a player already owns Adam Smasher’s outfit and then makes an eligible purchase. It is not a Lucy unlock. See Epic’s Adam Smasher promotion details.
