For Moonlight Crystals, check Guild sign-in rewards and GAMG membership benefits, claim any available event or mailbox gifts, and consider exchanging Heart Diamonds only after checking the current in-game rate. Codes and event rewards are temporary, so treat them as bonuses—not dependable income.
How to get more Wishing Stars
Fulfill residents’ wishes and requests
Resident wishes or requests are the clearest repeatable source identified for Wishing Stars. Make these your first stop when you want to build the balance through regular play. Heartopia.guide’s currency guide and a currency list updated July 8, 2026 both name resident requests as a source.
Look for sign-in, social-linking, and event bonuses
A fan guide also reports sign-in events, social-account linking, and redeem codes as possible Wishing Star sources. These are patch-sensitive opportunities rather than guaranteed recurring rewards; check the current in-game screens and official announcements before counting on them. Heartopia Guide’s currency guide describes these additional routes.
Promotional rewards may need to be claimed manually. For example, a past login gift required players to claim through the Event page; logging in alone did not collect it. That offer’s claim window ended August 29, 2026, so it is an example of how a promotion worked, not an active reward. Check the event guide for event details, and confirm availability in-game.

Reward amounts and eligibility can depend on the current patch or membership terms, so inspect the live reward screens rather than assuming a fixed payout. Claim current event and mailbox gifts
Events and login gifts can include Moonlight Crystals, but their claim periods expire. A late-summer 2026 thank-you reward, for instance, had a claim window ending August 29, 2026. Check the Event page and mailbox while a promotion is active, and verify its dates and any eligibility requirements in the game.

Check official announcements for redeem codes
Codes may award Moonlight Crystals or Wishing Stars, but validity changes and no specific active code is established here. Use current official Heartopia announcements and test a code through the in-game redemption flow; do not rely on old code lists as proof that a reward can still be claimed.
Exchange Heart Diamonds only after checking the store
Heart Diamonds can be exchanged for Moonlight Crystals. Heartopia.guide reported a common rate of 1 Heart Diamond for 10 Moonlight Crystals in its January 28, 2026 guide, while warning that the rate can change. Check the live in-game store before spending, since that is the current authority on the exchange rate.

Do not confuse these currencies with event-only tokens: a reward tied to a particular event may not be a general source of either currency. Official XD Games has used Wishing Stars in promotions—for example, a qualifying team milestone offered Wishing Star ×10 during July 9–August 3, 2026 (UTC−5).
