Check the live monitors in the surgery room: from the foot of the bed, blood pressure is on the middle monitor to the right, pulse is on the lower monitor to the right, and SpO2 is on the upper monitor to the left. Walkthroughs commonly report 70/40, about 160 (some report 162), and 80%, respectively. The readings can fluctuate, so use the display in your game rather than relying on a fixed answer list. How to find the blood pressure, pulse, and O2 readings

Start the intercom exchange in the surgery room, then inspect the monitors from the foot of the bed.

Pulse: Read the lower monitor on the right. Walkthroughs report values around 160: some list 160, while others report 161 or 162. If the intercom asks for the pulse, use the current display and choose the matching or closest available option. [PowerPyx; Gamepressure; GamesRadar+]

Why guides give different pulse numbers
Published walkthroughs do not settle on one universal pulse integer: they list 160, 161, or 162, and some describe the displayed readings changing while observed. One surgery walkthrough favors 160 based on the laptop’s stated reliability threshold, but that does not establish that every player’s monitor will show the same value. If you cannot tell which device is showing which reading, check the laptop’s Equipment Overview. Walkthroughs identify the monitor as a Valentudo View S-100 and describe its reliability guidance, including a pulse range and oxygen readings below 75% as unreliable.
