If a Miliastra Wonderland stage will not load, first identify what is failing: objects inside the stage, the whole game, editor access, or saving and publishing. For missing objects, restart Genshin Impact, then teleport to another map and return. If the entire game freezes or crashes, use the broader performance checks below. A publish error needs its own diagnosis: HoYoverse’s published guidance does not establish one universal repair for failed stage uploads.
Start by identifying where the failure happens
Note the point at which the problem occurs. Can you open the stage but see missing objects? Does entering the stage crash the game? Is the creator editor unavailable, or does an error appear only when saving or publishing? These symptoms have different likely paths, and a setting that affects gameplay tasks will not repair an upload.
- Objects are missing or unusable: try the object-loading steps below.
- The game crashes, lags, or freezes: follow the general performance checks.
- You cannot open the creator tools: confirm that you are on a supported platform and check the PC requirements.
- The stage saves but tasks do not appear or finish: check Wonderland Task settings.
- Saving, uploading, or publishing fails: capture the exact error and seek help for that specific failure point.
If objects in a stage are missing
HoYoverse’s general object-loading advice is to restart the game first. If that does not resolve the issue, teleport to another map and return to the affected area; if the problem continues, try another device. These are reasonable first checks for a Miliastra stage, but the guidance is general and does not guarantee that a particular stage will load correctly. - Fully close and restart Genshin Impact.
- Teleport to another map, then return to the stage and check whether its objects appear and work.
- If the same problem persists, try the stage on another device, if available.
If Genshin Impact crashes, lags, or freezes
If entering or editing a stage causes the whole game to become unstable, treat it as a general performance problem rather than assuming the stage itself is broken. HoYoverse’s general guidance recommends checking system requirements, lowering graphics settings, closing unnecessary background applications, fully closing the game and waiting five minutes before restarting, and verifying game-file integrity. On PC, it also recommends updating graphics drivers or trying a clean driver reinstall. These steps address general Genshin Impact performance issues; they are not a specific fix for Miliastra publishing errors.

- Reduce graphics settings and close background apps that are not needed.
- Fully close the game, wait five minutes, and restart it.
- Verify the game-file integrity using the available game launcher or client option.
- On PC, update the graphics driver; if that does not help, consider a clean driver reinstall.

Check PC support for the Stage Editor and Miliastra Sandbox
HoYoverse currently lists the Stage Editor and Miliastra Sandbox as PC-only tools. Its minimum requirements, published November 11, 2025, are:

HoYoverse warns that systems below these minimums may experience performance problems, instability, or crashes. Check Notices for creator-tool updates and area load
For changes to editor or sandbox behavior, open My Miliastra Wonderland > Notices. HoYoverse’s Version Luna VI update notes describe an indicator beneath the furnishing icon that appears when an area’s load reaches a certain threshold. If your issue occurs while adding or placing furnishings, check the indicator and the current Notices; creator-tool details can change between versions. See the Version Luna VI Update Details.

If tasks are missing from a published stage
A stage that loads but does not show or finalize tasks may have a Wonderland Task configuration issue rather than a failed publication. In the global settings, one option controls whether the task entrance appears during gameplay; another controls whether task progress can be finalized while playing in a room party. Check those settings if the stage is playable but its task behavior is unexpected. They do not determine whether the stage upload succeeded. HoYoverse’s reviewed official guidance does not specify a universal repair for a failed Miliastra stage publication. Avoid treating object-loading or performance steps as a confirmed upload fix. Instead, record what happened and use the exact error to seek help through in-game Notices or HoYoverse support.

- Copy the exact error text or capture a screenshot.
- Note your platform, game version, and server.
- Identify whether the failure happens while saving, uploading, publishing, or entering the stage.
- Include what you tried and whether the problem affects one stage or more than one.
