Fortnite’s Geno Story Quest line is reported to have 18 objectives in Chapter 7 Season 4: eight in Part 1 and ten in Part 2. Complete Part 1 in order to open Part 2; use the Quests tab in the lobby to confirm which stages are available in your current game. Epic’s general quest help says quests and rewards vary by experience, so it does not confirm the live Geno quest board. The detailed stage list below reflects third-party guides updated October 2, 2026.
Check the current quest board first
In the lobby, open Quests and check the available Geno stages. Epic’s general guidance is to launch Fortnite, open Quests in the lobby, then play to complete available objectives. The board is the practical check for current availability because seasonal quests and their rewards can change.
Quest counts differ across guides because the story expanded. An AltChar guide published September 30, 2026 covered an initial seven-stage sequence; Beebom’s October 2, 2026 guide lists eight Part 1 objectives and ten additional Part 2 objectives. This walkthrough follows the later 18-objective count, not the earlier seven-stage version.

Part 1: Geno: The Ultimate Reality
Complete these eight reported objectives in order. The sequence can span multiple matches. The individual rewards listed here are from Beebom’s October 2, 2026 guide; some rewards may require the season’s Battle Pass to claim.

|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | “???” | Eliminate six players. NPC and boss eliminations are reported not to count. | Cheat Code Locator |
| 2 | Talk to three characters | Speak with The Innovation at Latte Landing, Jones north of Golden Grove, and The Order southeast of Chopped Shop. Choose “Who is Geno?” with each. | Ordered Conduits of Power Back Bling |
| 3 | Find three memories | Search the north side of The Battlewoods, the area beside Jones’ pod in Shaken Sanctuary, and the western entry to Mega Maze. | Llama Supply Drop x3 |
| 4 | Visit an active Override Console | Reach an active console and visit it. This is an inspection objective; simply activating an Override does not replace it. | Void’s Wrath pickaxe |
| 5 | Activate an Override | Reach and activate an Override Console when this later objective appears. | Steps of the Void glider |
| 6 | Extract three Sprites | Extract three Sprites as required by the quest. | Voided Rift Breaker contrail |
| 7 | Collect eight Looper’s essence | Collect the essence dropped by eliminated players. Eliminations alone do not complete the collection objective. | Portable Extractor x3 |
| 8 | Visit Geno at his Machine | Go to Geno at his Machine. The guides describe the encounter as ending with Geno eliminating you; then start a new match to complete the objective. | Ordered Geno style |
After completing the original Part 1 chain, return to the lobby and enter YourThoughtsAreMine in the Admin Panel for the reported Void Master Geno style and Conduits of Power Back Bling. This is a separate claim step, not simply an automatic reward for finishing objectives; Battle Pass eligibility may apply to particular rewards.
Part 2: Hope’s tasks and the two codes
Part 2 follows the original eight-objective run. Beebom’s October 2, 2026 guide lists ten additional tasks. Follow the stages as they appear in your quest board; the two codes serve different purposes.

The locations, stage names, availability, and reward eligibility above are reported in third-party walkthroughs, not verified in a Geno-specific Epic announcement. Epic Games Player Support’s article “How to complete Fortnite quests” explains the general quest workflow and says, “Each quest has a reward, usually XP, level-ups, or cosmetic items.” It does not validate Geno’s current quest list or map locations.
