To clear “Find the Source of Tremors,” restore power to the locked garage with a Power Core Station charge, destroy the Hiss orb inside, then remove the other two orbs around the Evac Building. Once its entrance opens, follow the route through floors 12 and 15 to reach Arish and finish Evacuation Procedures.
Restore power to the garage
- From the Central Supply Route Station, follow the road southeast to the Evacuation Zone. Find the Evac Building and its large red Hiss formation; the entrance is blocked while the surrounding orbs remain.
- Go southwest from the Evac Building into the alley south of the nearby street corner. Clear the enemies, including two healing orbs, and follow the red Hiss trail to the locked garage. You cannot reach the orb through the garage door from this side.
- Find the Power Core Station marked on the map and interact with it to take a power charge. Carry the charge to the nearby rooftop and place it in the power box to restore power to the garage mechanism.
- Return to the garage, open it, and destroy the Hiss orb inside. This removes only one of the three orbs blocking the Evac Building.
Destroy the other two Hiss orbs
- Destroy the orb in the open area in front of the Evac Building.
- Find the final orb north of the building, near shielded floating enemies. Defeat the enemies, use the nearby rooftop to reach the orb, and destroy it.
With all three orbs gone, return to the Evac Building entrance and go inside.

Reach Arish on floor 15
- Take the elevator on the left to floor 12 and clear the Hiss room.
- Go to the southern side of the floor and find the hallway with a blue light above its entrance. Follow the route through the scaffolding and destroy the Hiss orb blocking access to the next elevator.
- Use that elevator to select floor 15. The walkthrough reports that this route leads to survivor Arish.
Get back out and complete the procedure
After reaching Arish, destroy the Hiss orb blocking the return route. Arish gives you a Level 2 Keycard, which opens a nearby Level 2 door. Clear the remaining Hiss, return to the lobby, take the elevator to the ground floor, and leave the building to complete Evacuation Procedures.
