The locked outhouse is on the west-to-southwest waterfront side of Braithwaite Manor, among the trees just south of a small cluster of worker buildings. Listen for a woman’s voice as you approach. To record Braithwaite’s Secret as a point of interest, peek inside before inspecting the outhouse.
Where is the locked outhouse?
Travel to Braithwaite Manor in Scarlett Meadows, Lemoyne. Look west or southwest of the main manor, along the estate’s waterfront edge. The descriptions of its exact position vary slightly, but the practical search area is by the shoreline, near the small worker buildings and among the trees just south of them. The target is a small white outhouse, not part of the manor itself. (GameFAQs; SegmentNext; Red Dead Wiki)
