To find worthwhile deals at Nordstrom Rack, start with the live clearance page, filter for the exact category, size, and price you need, then compare the final checkout cost and return terms—not just the markdown percentage. Free Nordy Club membership can unlock early access to some clearance offers, while the retailer’s app can send price-drop and new-arrival alerts.
Start with the live clearance page
Browse Nordstrom Rack’s clearance page for current markdowns. Its categories include women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, kids, bags and accessories, beauty, home, and activewear. Use the available filters for price, product type, size, brand, and discount to narrow the listings before browsing.

Inventory and prices change, so treat the page as a live snapshot rather than a permanent catalog. Check the specific color and size you want: a listing may show a discount even when your preferred option is unavailable.

Use Nordy Club early access
Nordy Club membership is free. Nordstrom Rack says members can “Save an extra 25% on clearance before the sale goes live to the public online at 9pm PT.” The offer is subject to restrictions and is marked “ALL SALES FINAL.” Confirm the current offer details and whether the item qualifies before placing an order; the extra discount is not a reason to overlook final-sale terms.

Set alerts and check available perks
Nordstrom Rack promotes its app for alerts about price drops and new arrivals, along with member perks. If you are watching a particular item, alerts may help you notice a change without repeatedly checking the listing. The retailer also advertises an extra 5% off Rack purchases when using a Nordstrom credit card. App features, card benefits, and offer terms can change, so review the current Nordy Club information before relying on them.
Judge the deal by the item and the final cost
A large displayed discount does not establish that an item is the best-priced option elsewhere. Nordstrom Rack’s listed prices and comparable values are item-level listing information, not independent evidence of the market’s lowest price. Evaluate the exact product and what you will actually pay.

Check shipping and returns before ordering
The clearance page captured for this article stated free shipping on most orders over $89 and 40-day returns by mail or at U.S. stores. These terms may change; check the current shipping and return information for your order. A specific member clearance offer may be final sale, so do not assume the general return messaging applies to every discounted item.
