Samsung Health’s Medications tracker lets US users search for medicine discounts at more than 70,000 pharmacies, then save a selected coupon to Samsung Wallet and present it at checkout. Samsung says availability is limited to participating pharmacies; the feature does not guarantee a discount on every prescription or at every location.
How the Samsung Health discount flow works
- Open the Medications tracker in Samsung Health and search for medication discounts.
- Select an available coupon and save it to Samsung Wallet.
- Present or use the coupon through Samsung Wallet at checkout. Samsung described the intended action as: “Once added, use Samsung Wallet at checkout to receive immediate savings.”
This is the general flow Samsung announced on March 3, 2026. Samsung’s materials do not establish exact menu labels, minimum app versions, or a device compatibility list, so the labels and availability you see may differ.
What the 70,000-pharmacy figure means
Samsung Electronics America said in its 2026 announcement that users can search discounts at more than 70,000 pharmacies. The company’s footnote limits availability to participating pharmacies. The figure is not a promise that a particular medicine, prescription, or branch will qualify. See Samsung’s US announcement for its description of the feature and qualification.

Samsung does not state a dollar amount, average saving, or percentage discount. Its announcement also does not name the coupon provider, list participating pharmacies or eligible medicines, or explain how coupon pricing compares with insurance or whether coupons can be combined with a health plan.

- Check whether your medicine and the pharmacy location participate.
- Ask the pharmacist how the coupon applies to your specific transaction.
- Compare the checkout price with the amount you would otherwise pay before deciding which payment option to use.
Keep the feature’s health role separate from its payment role
Samsung describes Medications as a way to manage a medication list and schedule, with reminders and drug information. The discount search is a price-payment feature; it does not change a prescription or recommend a treatment. Samsung says Samsung Health information is not medical advice and should not be used to make medical decisions. Ask a physician or pharmacist about clinical questions.
