Act 1, Chapter 2, “Survival of the Fittest,” has four collectibles: two inside Kalona Police HQ and two together in the Recruitment Center lobby. Follow this route in order to find each one; the badge’s precise placement is described slightly differently by the guides, so use the impaled officer as your landmark.
Collectibles in route order
The locations below follow the chapter’s progression from the police station to the Recruitment Center. Chapter-specific guides agree on the rooms and main landmarks; the badge’s exact surface or side is the one detail they describe differently.

In the first room of Kalona Police HQ, check the table or desk on the left. Collect the bulletin before moving farther into the station. AllThings.How’s walkthrough calls it a table, while Gamerpillar’s guide describes a desk on the left side of the room.

Bloodied Police Chief’s Badge
After the shooting-range encounter, enter the Tactical Operations room and look beside the police officer impaled against the wall. The guides differ on the precise spot: one places the badge on the shelf beside the body; the other says it is on the body’s left side. Search the adjacent shelf and area around the officer rather than relying on one exact surface description.

Can you get all four without backtracking?
