The “Very Good Boy” in 007 First Light is Jack the Bulldog. The official game update places him at MI6 HQ beside Dr. Selina Tan’s TacSim area and confirms that players can pet him. It does not explain how Jack is unlocked, so no specific mission, code, wishlist milestone, or edition can be confirmed as the requirement.
Who is the Very Good Boy in 007 First Light?
He is Jack the Bulldog, a resident of MI6 HQ. In its official game update, IO Interactive describes Jack as a charming presence and confirms that players can pet him.
Where can you find Jack?
Look inside MI6 HQ, beside Dr. Selina Tan’s TacSim area. The official update identifies that location, but does not provide a mission or step-by-step route for reaching him.
How do you unlock Jack the Bulldog?
The official update confirms Jack’s presence and the petting interaction, but does not publish an unlock requirement. It therefore does not establish that you need to complete a particular mission, redeem a code, link an account, reach a wishlist milestone, or own a specific edition. If Jack is not available in your game, check the game’s official updates for any later instructions rather than assuming a general reward procedure applies to him.

Don’t confuse Jack with IOI Account rewards
IO Interactive’s FAQ describes how to redeem code-based rewards: redeem a code through an IOI Account, link the platform account that owns the game, launch the game online, then check Customization or Tac-Sim. The FAQ does not identify Jack as a code-based reward, so those steps are not confirmed instructions for unlocking him.
Wishlist milestones are not confirmed as Jack’s unlock
The US PlayStation Store listing says wishlist milestones unlock some in-game and community rewards. It does not say Jack is one of them or connect him to a particular milestone.

If you do not own the game, the official US PlayStation Store listing provides a PS5 product page. That listing and the FAQ’s retailer information do not establish that buying a particular edition, from a particular retailer, unlocks Jack.
