As of 7 October 2026, the available evidence does not confirm a new Dell laptop sold directly by Dell India for less than ₹30,000. Dell’s catalog lists the Inspiron 15 3535 from ₹31,090, while third-party listings for a particular Ryzen 3 configuration show conflicting prices. Treat that model as a possible marketplace deal—not a confirmed offer—and verify the exact unit and checkout total before buying.
Is a new Dell laptop under ₹30,000 available in India?
Not on the basis of Dell India’s catalog result checked on 7 October 2026: it lists the Inspiron 15 3535 from ₹31,090, which is above the budget. That is a volatile catalog price, not a promise of what a particular configuration will cost at checkout. Check Dell India’s laptop catalog for current models and prices.
Dell also says Inspiron is no longer available as a current product family. Its Inspiron page directs customers to newer Dell laptop families and to the Dell Outlet for certified refurbished Inspirons. That means an older Inspiron appearing in a budget list should not automatically be treated as a current, new Dell India model. See Dell’s Inspiron family information.

Dell Inspiron 15 3535: Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD
The clearest sub-₹30,000 lead is a specific Inspiron 15 3535 configuration: AMD Ryzen 3 7320U, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11, and a 15.6-inch FHD display. An Amazon India product page exists for this configuration, but its captured information does not establish a current price or availability. Check the Amazon India listing.

Price reports do not agree, so none confirms that the laptop is currently available below ₹30,000. Gadgets Now describes a price of ₹29,990 in one place but also reports an Amazon low of ₹38,747 on 24 September 2026. HT Tech indexed ₹29,999, without establishing that the offer is live. MySmartPrice included the model in a list updated on 11 September, but list inclusion is not a verified checkout offer.
| Source | What it reports | What that establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Dell India catalog | Inspiron 15 3535 from ₹31,090 | A catalog starting price above the budget; the price may change. |
| Gadgets Now | ₹29,990 in one section; an Amazon low of ₹38,747 dated 24 September 2026 in another | Conflicting price information, not a reliable current offer. |
| HT Tech | Indexed ₹29,999 | A reported price; live offer status and listing date are not established. |
| MySmartPrice | Included in a list updated 11 September | A list entry, not proof of stock or the final price. |
Because the evidence conflicts, confirm the listing’s exact configuration, seller, stock, warranty and return terms, then check the delivered total at checkout. Do not rely on a price card or an old roundup alone.

Could a refurbished Dell fit the budget?
Possibly. Cashify has a listing for a refurbished Inspiron 15 3535 with an AMD Ryzen 5 7000-series processor. The retrieved listing information does not establish its current price, stock, condition grade, warranty duration or return policy, so check those details on the live product page before deciding. View the Cashify listing.
Compare a refurbished unit with a marketplace listing on the same terms: final delivered price and seller, condition, exact processor and memory, storage and display, operating system, warranty provider and duration, return window, and any stated battery or condition policy. Do not assume refurbished stock has the same protections as a new laptop.

Why other Dell models can be misleading budget picks
Search results and roundups can include older models or product pages that remain online even when the laptop cannot currently be purchased. For example, an October 2026 roundup includes the Inspiron 15 5567 alongside the 3535; that inclusion alone does not prove new stock or current availability. See the 91mobiles Dell-under-₹30,000 roundup.
Dell’s Vostro pages also illustrate why a family name or specification page is not enough to identify a live deal:

- Smarter Shortcuts: Use the dedicated Copilot key for instant access to your AI assistant, helping you organize, search, and work faster every day.
- Eye Comfort: Dell ComfortView reduces blue‑light emissions to help keep your eyes comfortable during extended viewing.
- Ergonomic Angle: Lifted hinges enhance typing comfort and support better airflow, helping your system run smoothly.
- Vostro 15 3530: Dell marks the page unavailable. It lists several possible processors and memory choices, not one confirmed configuration on sale. Check Dell’s Vostro 15 3530 page.
- Vostro 5320: Dell says it cannot be purchased online. The page describes multiple processor configurations and selected Thunderbolt 4 ports, not a confirmed sub-₹30,000 offer. Check Dell’s Vostro 5320 page.
- Vostro 3520: Its specifications vary by configuration, including HD or FHD displays and HDD or NVMe SSD storage. Do not combine options into a single assumed configuration when comparing prices. Review Dell’s Vostro 3520 configurations.
What to verify before paying
- Match the configuration. Confirm processor, RAM, storage, display resolution and operating system on the actual product page; a model name can cover different configurations.
- Check seller and condition. Establish whether the unit is new, renewed or used, and who is selling it.
- Confirm the complete cost. Use the checkout total, including delivery and any applicable charges, rather than a search snippet or tracker price.
- Read the protections. Verify who provides the warranty and for how long, the return window, and any condition or battery policy.
- Check availability with Dell. A product page or third-party roundup does not establish that Dell currently sells the model directly.
For this budget, the Inspiron 15 3535 Ryzen 3/8GB/512GB listing is worth checking only if its live checkout price is within ₹30,000 and the seller, configuration and protections meet your needs. If it is not, the evidence here does not establish another new Dell model sold directly by Dell India below that threshold.
