You can import saved context into Bluehost AI All-Access Pack by asking another AI assistant to answer a prompt generated in the Pack, then adding its response to memory. To export saved Bluehost memory, use More > Settings > General > Export All; Bluehost sends a downloadable file to the email address registered to your account. These are memory-transfer tools, not documented ways to move or download a complete chat-history archive.
Import memory into Bluehost AI
The import process transfers a response containing useful context from another assistant into the Pack’s memory. Bluehost lists ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude as examples of assistants you can use. Follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Bluehost Portal and open AI Agents > AI All-Access Pack.
- In the Pack, select More > Settings > Memory.
- Under Import Memory, select Import and copy the prompt shown in the pop-up.
- Paste the prompt into a chat with the other AI assistant and ask it to provide the requested information.
- Copy the assistant’s response, return to Bluehost AI, paste it into the import field, and select Add to Memory.
This workflow adds the other assistant’s response as saved context. Bluehost’s instructions do not say that it imports every past message, recreates conversations, or preserves a complete history from the other service. Bluehost’s import and export instructions describe the Pack-specific steps.
Export saved memory from Bluehost AI
- Sign in to the Bluehost Portal and open AI Agents > AI All-Access Pack.
- Select More > Settings > General.
- In Export All, select Export, then confirm in the pop-up.
- Wait for Bluehost to process the export. The downloadable file will be sent to the email address registered to your account.
Bluehost says processing may take some time, but does not give a fixed delivery time. Its instructions also do not specify the file format, how long the download remains available, or the email and download security details. Do not assume a particular format or delivery window.

Memory settings and plan controls
Standard Plan
Bluehost says Memory is on by default on the Standard Plan. You can review and manage saved memories through Settings > Memory > Manage Memory.
Secure Plan (Privacy+)
On the Secure Plan, also called Privacy+ in Bluehost product materials, an administrator must enable Memory for the organization before individual users can manage it. The organization cannot have Memory and Chat Sanitization enabled at the same time: to use Memory, the administrator must turn Chat Sanitization off. Bluehost describes these plan controls on its AI All-Access Pack product page.

Turning memory off versus deleting it
Turning Memory off stops the Pack from saving new details and referencing existing saved memory, but does not immediately delete memories already stored. To remove saved memories, go to Settings > Memory > Manage Memory and delete individual entries or delete all. Bluehost says retention of underlying conversation data is governed by its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement; deleting saved memories is not documented as deleting all underlying chat records.

Use import when you want to carry useful context from another assistant into Bluehost AI, and export when you want a downloadable copy of saved Pack memory. The published instructions cover those memory operations only. They do not establish a way to transfer complete conversations into Bluehost or to export the full chat archive from it.
