On a compatible Samsung TV, open Art or Art Store from Home, choose an artwork, then follow the on-screen controls to display it. The steps and availability depend on your TV model, region, and software; Samsung identifies The Frame and OLED S95H as Art Mode models in its current US FAQ, and documents Art Store access on select 2025 QLED models in Australia.
Check that your TV supports Art Store
Samsung Art Store is not available on every Samsung smart TV. Support varies by model year and region, so check the exact model and the Samsung support information for your country if you do not see an Art or Art Store option. Samsung’s current US FAQ lists The Frame and OLED S95H as Art Mode models; Samsung Australia separately documents access on select 2025 QLED models.
For Art Store use, Samsung’s regional guides specify an internet connection, a Samsung account, and acceptance of applicable Smart Hub and Art Store terms. Samsung notes that the terms include information about viewing history and personalized art recommendations.

Display artwork on The Frame
- Connect and sign in. Connect the TV to the internet and sign in to your Samsung account. Accept the Smart Hub and Art Store terms when prompted.
- Open Art. From Home, move left to expand the TV menu, then select Art. Browse categories or open the Samsung Art Store. Menu wording may vary by region and software version.
- Choose a work. Select an artwork to view its details. Samsung Canada says selecting Preview shows the work full screen for 30 seconds.
- Display it. Select a free item to keep or display it. To access paid catalog artwork, open My Art Store or Art Store, select Membership, choose an available plan, and complete checkout using the TV prompts.
- Switch into Art Mode. When watching regular TV on The Frame, press Power once on the OneRemote to switch to Art Mode. To turn the TV fully off without showing art, hold Power. Samsung’s covered Frame guide says Art Mode cannot be permanently disabled.
- Adjust the display. Once the artwork is showing, use the directional controls to access available settings such as brightness, color tone, or matte and mount styling. Options and labels differ by model.
Free artwork, membership, and personal photos
Catalog artwork and personal images are different options. Samsung’s US Art TV FAQ currently lists membership at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year in the United States and says it provides on-demand access to more than 5,000 works. Prices and catalog availability can change, and those figures should not be assumed to apply outside the US. Samsung also says compatible TVs offer some free artwork and let users display their own photos without an Art Store membership.

Adding photos through SmartThings or USB does not unlock paid Art Store content.
If Art or Art Store is missing
A missing tile does not establish that a TV is defective: the feature is model- and region-specific, and menus may vary with software. Check your TV’s exact regional user guide or contact Samsung support for your market to confirm whether the model supports Art Store. Samsung’s published instructions do not establish a universal troubleshooting sequence.
