To connect i12 earbuds to a Samsung Galaxy device, power the charging case, open it, take out the earbuds, then select i12 in the Galaxy phone’s Bluetooth settings. The steps below apply to the i12 manual cited here; products sold under the i12 name may differ, so use the instructions supplied with your own earbuds.
Pair i12 earbuds with a Samsung Galaxy device
- Power the charging case before opening it, as directed by the cited i12 manual.
- Open the case and remove the earbuds so they are awake and ready to pair.
- On your Galaxy device, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. Menu labels can vary by model and software version.
- When i12 appears in the available devices list, tap it. Confirm a pairing prompt if one appears.
- If the earbuds do not appear, check that they are awake and follow the pairing-mode instructions for your exact model. Samsung says a Galaxy device cannot detect or connect to a Bluetooth device that is not in pairing mode.

If i12 does not appear or will not reconnect
Wake the earbuds again
The cited i12 manual says the earbuds turn off automatically after more than five minutes disconnected from a Bluetooth device. If they have timed out, power the case, open it, and remove the earbuds again before checking the Bluetooth list. This behavior is stated for that manual and may not apply to every i12 variant.
Remove the saved connection and pair again
If the earbuds were paired with the Galaxy device before but no longer reconnect, remove or unpair the saved i12 entry in Bluetooth settings. Put the earbuds into pairing mode again, then select i12 from the available devices. Samsung recommends removing the old connection and pairing again for a saved device that will not connect.

Reset network settings only as a later step
If removing and re-pairing does not help, Samsung also describes resetting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. This removes saved connection information, so other devices may need to be paired again. Try it only after the simpler reconnect steps. Samsung Support guidance.

“i12 AirPods” is a common way to describe these earbuds, but the cited manual calls them i12 wireless earbuds. The available information does not establish one standardized i12 model or prove that every product sold under that name behaves identically. Samsung advises checking the Bluetooth device’s manual because pairing steps differ by model. Follow the instructions included with your set if its case, controls, or pairing behavior differ.
