To claim an LG cashback offer, follow the instructions on the exact promotion you joined: the claim website, deadline, eligible products and payment-status method can differ by offer and country. For example, LG’s current US TV reward offer directs eligible buyers to lg-promos.com/tvreward and requires claims within 30 days of purchase. To track the reward, use that promotion’s claim route—not LG.com order tracking, which covers the product order and delivery.
Before you claim, confirm the offer
Find the promotion tied to your purchase using the original offer page, receipt or confirmation email. Check the country, purchase dates, qualifying model list, participating seller requirements, claim deadline, required evidence and reward conditions. LG notes that availability and eligibility can vary by location, product selection and retailer; its US promotions directory is a starting point for locating offers.
- Make sure your product and seller qualify under that offer’s terms.
- Check that your purchase date falls inside the offer period.
- Look for instructions on returns or cancellations, which may affect reward eligibility.
- Identify the specified claim site and how the offer says to check progress.
Submit the claim through the offer’s stated route
There is no single claim destination or deadline established for every LG promotion. Use the claim link and instructions on your own offer. For appliance rebates, LG’s US appliance rebate page directs customers to a rebate center for active offers and instructions for a completed purchase.
Example: current US TV reward offer
LG’s cited US TV offer directs eligible customers to submit a claim at lg-promos.com/tvreward. Its purchase period is September 14 through October 4, 2026, and claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Those dates and the deadline apply to this offer, not to LG promotions generally.
#1 Best Overall
- Vivid Color with VA and FHD Resolution - At 1920x1080 resolution, LG's curved Full HD monitor features vibrant color and clarity. Work through your projects with ease and efficiency.
- 100Hz Refresh Rate - The quick 100Hz refresh rate assures streaming and even casual game play displays smoothly with reduced stuttering and motion blur.
- Easy Viewing, Comfortable Reading - Watch your monitor for longer periods of time. Reader Mode provides optimal conditions for reading by reducing blue light.
- Easier User Interface - You can customize the workspace by splitting the display or adjusting basic monitor options with just a few mouse clicks.
- AMD FreeSync - Gamers can experience seamless, fluid movement in high resolution and fast-paced games.
The same offer says a qualifying product must not be canceled or returned; otherwise, the reward may be forfeited. Read the offer’s full terms before submitting so you know which purchase records or other evidence the claim requires.
Track the claim separately from the product order
Order status tells you whether the LG product has shipped or been delivered. It does not establish whether a cashback or reward claim has been approved or paid. For an LG.com purchase, the US shopping FAQ says customers can view order status in MyLG or use an order number, and that LG or the shipper sends shipment tracking information.

For reward progress, return to the promotion’s own claim portal or status instructions. Keep the submission confirmation and any claim reference the site provides. The reviewed US materials do not establish a universal promotional-claim tracker, so do not assume that MyLG order tracking is the right place to check reward payment.

Country-specific tracking example
LG’s UK redemption page describes a “Track My Claim” form that uses a claim reference and email address; it says the confirmation email includes the reference. That is a UK-specific process and should not be treated as the US procedure.

If your claim has no update
- Open the terms or claim page for the exact offer and look for its status-check instructions.
- Use the claim reference or confirmation details supplied when you submitted, if the offer’s portal requests them.
- If the offer provides no status tool or your claim remains unclear, use the contact route in that promotion’s terms.
The cited US TV offer and LG shopping FAQ do not state a general payment timeline. Check your offer’s terms or claim portal for any timing guidance rather than relying on a promised payout date from another promotion.
