To claim a Prime Gaming reward, sign in with the Amazon account tied to your eligible Prime membership, select an offer, choose Claim, and follow its instructions. Where you find it afterward depends on the reward: Amazon Games app downloads appear in its Library, codes belong in the named third-party store, and in-game items are collected inside the game.
How to claim a Prime Gaming reward
-
Open the Amazon Games site and sign in with the Amazon account associated with your eligible Prime membership. Amazon identifies Prime Gaming as the starting point for browsing offers. Availability and eligibility can vary by offer and country or territory.
-
Choose an available game or in-game offer, select Claim, and read the directions shown for that specific item. Offers do not all use the same delivery process.

Where to find a claimed reward
“Claimed” does not necessarily mean installed or immediately visible in the Amazon Games app. Use the offer’s delivery method to decide where to look:
| Offer delivery | Where to find it | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Downloadable PC game distributed through Amazon | Amazon Games app: Library > Ready to Install | Sign into the app with the Amazon account used to claim the game. |
| Code for another storefront | The named storefront or launcher | Redeem the code there, then check that store’s library or redemption status. |
| In-game reward | The game itself, at the location described in the offer instructions | Use the game account linked when claiming and follow the game’s collection steps. |
Amazon Games app downloads
Install the Amazon Games app separately and sign in with your Amazon credentials. Open Library, then select Ready to Install. Amazon says this area lists claimed games associated with the Prime account for download. A game shown there is ready to install; claiming it alone does not install it.

Codes and in-game items
A code-based entitlement may not appear in the Amazon Games app: redeem it through the store specified by the offer and look for the title there. For in-game loot, follow the offer’s instructions and check the game account linked at claim time. For example, Bungie says Destiny 2 Prime Gaming rewards go to the Destiny account linked when the reward was claimed and are collected at the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower. That location is specific to Destiny 2, not a general Prime Gaming rule.
Use My Collection to check claim history and delivery
Amazon describes My Collection as the place to review claimed-game history, claim codes, and delivery status. Check it if you are unsure whether an item was claimed, whether a code was issued, or whether delivery is still pending.
