Choose your build around what you do most: PvP rewards burst, crowd control, mobility, and enough survivability to withstand a counterattack; ordinary enemy grinding favors area damage and low downtime; boss farming needs sustained single-target damage and durability. There is no universally best combination, and unlock access matters as much as a fan guide’s ranking.
First, make sure you mean the right Legacy Piece
Roblox describes Legacy Piece as an open-world RPG inspired by One Piece and warns that it is incomplete and may contain bugs or glitches. Several Roblox experiences have similar names, and the official listing consulted for this article is not the same place as a fan guide’s Gwynn’s Shrine experience. Check the game’s developer and place ID before relying on a build guide; advice for one experience may not apply to another.
The recommendations below reflect community guides, not official balance findings or controlled comparisons. One fan tier list also says its rankings are editorial rather than an official balance chart. Treat rankings as ideas to evaluate in your own game, not proof of a current meta.
What makes up a build
A fan-made build guide treats four choices as the core of a build. Other guides discuss additional systems that shape how those choices perform and how you progress.

Do not choose each component in isolation. A high-damage option can be a poor fit if the rest of your setup leaves you without a way to close distance, control an opponent, or survive a mistake. Availability also matters: a theoretically attractive combination may not be the practical next step if it requires a long unlock path.
Choose for PvP: pressure, control, and a way out
Community PvP guidance emphasizes burst damage, crowd control, and mobility. These help you create an opening, punish an opponent, and avoid being caught during a counterattack. Another fan guide recommends pairing a survivable clan with a high-burst ability, a mastered weapon, and an escape or mobility option for cooldown downtime.

Use these trade-offs to compare options
- Burst versus staying power: More damage investment can help you capitalize on a short opening, but enough survivability and evasiveness matter when the opponent responds.
- Control versus mobility: Crowd control can create time to land damage; mobility can help you engage, disengage, or avoid pressure. Consider which gap your current setup has.
- Damage versus cooldown downtime: A burst-focused ability is more useful when you have a plan for the moments it is unavailable, such as a mastered weapon or a way to reposition.
Compare the complete combination rather than picking the highest-ranked fruit or weapon alone. A fan guide’s recommendation is a starting point; it does not establish that the combination is optimal for every matchup or current balance state.

Choose for grinding: separate mobs, bosses, and leveling
“Grinding” can mean different things. The useful build priorities change depending on whether you are clearing ordinary enemies, farming bosses, or advancing your character through quests and ranks.

Ordinary enemy farming
For repeatable mob clearing, community advice favors area coverage, damage uptime, and mobility. Hitting groups efficiently and spending less time between fights can matter more than maximizing damage against one target. Keep enough survivability to avoid losing time to frequent defeats.
Boss farming
Boss runs shift the emphasis toward sustained single-target uptime and survival. Area damage that clears groups quickly may be less valuable when the main challenge is maintaining damage against one durable target. A more defensive investment can be worthwhile if it helps you stay in the fight.

Leveling and progression
Progression guidance also recommends quests and rank advancement: ranks gate later shops and unlocks. If your immediate goal is to open access to stronger options, prioritize the progression route that moves you toward those gates rather than treating a combat tier list as a complete leveling plan.

Match stat investment to the activity
A fan-made stats guide groups rolls into offensive, defensive, and utility categories. In broad terms, it links damage-oriented stats to combat, defensive stats to solo grinding or tanking, and utility such as Money, Luck, or EXP to progression. Use those categories to clarify your goal, not as universal point-allocation rules: the guide’s detailed caps and numerical recommendations have not been independently verified.

- For PvP, assess whether your damage investment still leaves room for survival and mobility.
- For solo farming or tanking, weigh defensive investment against the damage needed to finish fights efficiently.
- For progression, consider whether a utility focus serves your current objective better than additional combat stats.
Account for unlocks and what you already own
Build advice is only useful if you can act on it. A fan tier list advises considering unlock cost and current inventory, noting that improving an existing weapon-and-race combination may be more practical than restarting a long unlock path. That is a decision aid, not a measured efficiency result.
Before pursuing a new setup, check what you already have, what the desired component requires, and whether it solves a real weakness in your current build. If you mainly want better mob clearing, for example, an attainable area-coverage upgrade may address your need sooner than a difficult-to-unlock PvP option.
