To see the benefits attached to your Google AI Plus subscription, sign in to the Google Account that pays for the membership, open Google One, and select Benefits. Choose View details beside an item to inspect or claim it, or open View history to see benefits you have already redeemed. For the complete plan inventory, go to Manage membership → Change membership plan → See all benefits without confirming a plan change.
The list you see is account-specific. Google AI Plus availability can vary with your storage tier, billing location, family role, age, device, trial status, language, credits, and daily limits. The signed-in Google One page is therefore the final authority for your subscription.
Check your Google AI Plus benefits on a computer
Use the web version of Google One when you want the clearest view of available, claimable, and previously redeemed benefits.

- Sign in to the Google Account that pays for Google AI Plus.
- Open Google One.
- In the left navigation, select Benefits.
- Find the benefit you want to inspect and select View details. The page may show eligibility requirements, usage limits, a claim button, or a link into the relevant Google service.
- To see benefits you have already used, select View history. Google says that redeemed entries show Redeemed on [date redeemed].
If the page has nothing new to claim, Google One displays an All caught up message. That message means there are no newly available benefit claims in that view; it does not mean your subscription has no ongoing services such as storage or Gemini access.

Check benefits in the Google One app on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Google One app while signed in to the paying Google Account.
- Tap Benefits.
- Swipe through the benefit list.
- Tap View Details for an item to inspect its eligibility or claim instructions.
- Tap Benefits history to review benefits you claimed previously.
The mobile list can be browsed one card at a time. If an item is absent, compare the account, plan, country, and eligibility conditions below before assuming that the subscription failed to activate.
See the complete inventory for your plan before changing anything
The Benefits page shows what is available to the account currently signed in. Google One also provides a plan-level comparison screen:
- Open Google One.
- Select Manage membership.
- Choose Change membership plan.
- Select See all benefits.
You can inspect the inventory from this screen without completing a plan change. Do not select a confirmation or purchase button unless you actually intend to change the membership. This view is useful when you are trying to determine whether a missing feature belongs to the 400 GB tier, the 2 TB tier, or neither.

Google’s current Google One benefits information lists these areas for Google AI Plus members:
- Gemini app
- Gemini in Gmail
- Google Colab
- Google Flow
- Google Flow Music
- Google Photos generative AI features, including Photo to video and Remix
- Google TV Create Hub, available in the United States only
- Gemini Notebook
- Playground, available in the United States only
- Storage of either 400 GB or 2 TB, depending on the selected AI Plus plan
Seeing a category in this list does not guarantee identical access for every member. Each service can have its own country, age, device, language, credit, or usage-limit rules.
Gemini app and Gemini in Gmail
The Gemini app and Gemini features in Gmail are part of the AI Plus benefit set. The exact controls and limits shown to you can depend on your account and location, so open View details for the current entitlement rather than relying on a generic list. If Gemini is missing, first verify that you are using the paying account and then check the billing location and plan tier.

Gemini Notebook Plus
AI Plus includes Gemini Notebook Plus access with higher limits for Audio Overviews, Flashcards, Infographics, Q&A, Quizzes, Reports, Slides, and Video Overviews. Google states that a notebook can contain up to 100 sources under this access. Notebook limits are service limits, not extra Google Drive storage; the storage amount for your membership is shown separately in Google One.
Google Flow
Flow is described as a creative studio for storytelling. Its available modes include:
- Text to video
- Ingredients to video
- Frames to video
- Text to image
- Image to image
Flow access is controlled by Google AI credits and by availability. Open the Flow item from Google One to see the current credit allocation and any regional or account restrictions. Credits can limit how many generations you make even when the feature itself appears in your benefits list.
Google Flow Music
The Starter plan for AI Plus members includes 3,000 monthly credits, described by Google as approximately 600 songs, along with top-up credits, eight concurrent generations, all core features, and commercial-use rights. Flow Music credits are separate from Google AI credits, so using one balance does not reduce the other. The approximate song count is an estimate tied to the stated credit allowance; actual consumption can vary by generation and product rules.
Google Colab
Google lists 50 CCUs for the Colab benefit. This access is web-only and is available to users aged 18 or older. It is available to Google One family plan managers, but not to Google One trial memberships. If you are a family member rather than the plan manager, or if your AI Plus access is still a trial, Colab may not appear even though other AI Plus benefits do.

Google Photos generative AI
Photo to video and Remix are currently available in the United States on Android, iPhone, and iPad for users who meet the applicable age requirement. Daily limits depend on the Google One plan. Family members receive their own daily limits rather than drawing from one shared daily allowance. Because these are generative features, Google may change availability, limits, or supported languages over time.

Google TV Create Hub
Google TV Create Hub is a United States-only benefit. It requires an age of 18 or older and a Gemini-enabled TCL Google TV. A subscription alone is not enough: the television model and the account’s age and country must also satisfy the requirement.
Playground
Playground is also limited to the United States and requires users to be at least 18. If you are outside the United States or the account does not meet the age requirement, the Playground entry may be absent or unavailable to claim.
Storage
Your AI Plus membership includes either 400 GB or 2 TB of storage, according to the plan selected. The storage is a plan-level entitlement, while some AI tools have separate credits or daily quotas. Check the membership screen for the exact capacity attached to your account.

400 GB versus 2 TB Google AI Plus
The 2 TB plan includes all benefits in the 400 GB plan. It adds several communication, scheduling, and shopping-related features.

The 10% back offer is limited to the countries listed above and applies only to some Google Store purchases. It should not be treated as a universal discount or as a benefit available in every billing location.
Why a Google AI Plus benefit may be missing
A missing card usually reflects an eligibility rule rather than a broken subscription. Check these causes in order.

Your plan tier is different
Some benefits require the 2 TB plan. Use Manage membership → Change membership plan → See all benefits to compare the two tiers. If the item appears only under 2 TB, upgrading is the relevant requirement; reinstalling the app will not add it to a 400 GB membership.
Your billing location is not eligible
Google says benefit eligibility changes with billing location. Country-specific examples include Google TV Create Hub and Playground, both limited to the United States, and the 2 TB Google Store reward, which is limited to five listed countries. A travel location, device location, or language setting does not necessarily change the billing country attached to the membership.
You are checking a family member account
Google allows Google AI Plus membership benefits to be shared with a Google family group, but sharing is not identical to giving every family member every claim. Storage and selected AI benefits may be shared, while some claims are limited to the plan manager or to one person per family plan. Check Benefits while signed in to the account that is actually eligible for the item.
The account or device fails an age requirement
Google TV Create Hub and Playground require age 18 or older. Colab also requires users to be 18 or older. Google Photos generative features have an applicable age requirement as well. Age restrictions can prevent a benefit from appearing even when the family manager has an eligible subscription.
The device or platform is unsupported
Google Photos Photo to video and Remix are listed for Android, iPhone, and iPad in the United States. Google TV Create Hub requires a Gemini-enabled TCL Google TV. Colab is web-only. If you are using a different device or platform, the benefit may not be offered in that context.
The membership is still a trial
Google Colab is unavailable to Google One trial memberships. Confirm whether your account is in a trial period rather than a paid membership before troubleshooting the Colab card.

You reached a limit or the feature is temporarily unavailable
Generative AI tools can have daily limits, credit balances, language restrictions, country restrictions, or changing availability. Flow uses Google AI credits; Flow Music uses a separate credit balance; Google Photos uses plan-dependent daily limits. A feature can therefore be listed as included while a particular request is blocked because its allowance has been exhausted.

Use the status text shown in Google One rather than assuming that an item is unused.
- View details: Opens the current eligibility, limits, and claim or service-launch instructions.
- View history: Shows benefits claimed in the past.
- Redeemed on [date redeemed]: Indicates that Google recorded the benefit as redeemed on the displayed date.
- All caught up: Indicates that Google One has no new benefits waiting for you to claim.
A redeemed item may still represent an ongoing service entitlement, while a one-time claim may not be available again. Read the details for that specific card to determine whether it is recurring, limited, or already consumed.

Google states that Google AI Plus membership benefits can be shared with a Google family group. The practical result is that family members may receive shared storage and selected AI access without paying for separate memberships. However, the benefit list is still account-aware:
- The family manager may be the only person allowed to claim a particular offer.
- Some benefits can be claimed by only one person per family plan.
- Family members can receive separate daily limits for eligible Google Photos generative features.
- Colab access is tied to the stated eligibility for family plan managers, age, web use, and non-trial status.
If a family member cannot see an item, compare that person’s Benefits page with the manager’s page and read the item’s eligibility text. Do not assume that shared storage means every AI feature is individually claimable by everyone.
A practical troubleshooting sequence
Follow this sequence when Gemini, Flow, Colab, or another advertised benefit is not visible.
- Switch accounts: Sign out or use the account selector and confirm that the Google Account paying for AI Plus is active.
- Open the account-level list: In Google One, go to Benefits and use View details on the relevant card.
- Check claim history: Open View history or Benefits history to see whether the item was already redeemed.
- Confirm the tier: Use Manage membership → Change membership plan → See all benefits to determine whether the item is 400 GB or 2 TB only.
- Check country and billing location: Pay particular attention to US-only items, the supported countries for the 2 TB Store reward, and any location statement in the benefit details.
- Check age, device, and platform: Verify the 18+ rule, supported phone or tablet, web-only requirement, or Gemini-enabled television requirement where applicable.
- Check trial and allowance status: Colab is excluded from trials, while Flow, Flow Music, and Photos can be constrained by credits or daily limits.
- Recheck the live listing: Google can change labels, availability, limits, and eligible countries. The current signed-in Google One page takes precedence over an older description or screenshot.
What to rely on when benefit descriptions change
Google AI Plus is a collection of services with different eligibility rules, not a single permanent feature bundle. Google may adjust product names, experimental features, country coverage, age gates, credits, and daily quotas. Use the Benefits page for the account-specific answer, the plan comparison screen for tier differences, and Benefits history for claims already made. This approach tells you both what the membership promises at the plan level and what your account can use right now.
