The US Xbox Store currently lists Valor Mortis with Game Pass subscriptions for PC only and Ultimate. Check the game’s listing in your own region before relying on access: the available tiers and catalog can vary, and the Store page reviewed on October 7, 2026, still showed the status “Coming to.”
Which Game Pass tiers does the Xbox Store list?
The Xbox Store listing shows subscription access under PC only and Ultimate. It does not list other named tiers on the US page reviewed on October 7, 2026.
That tier detail is more specific than Xbox Wire’s June 7, 2026 announcement, which said the game was included with Game Pass without naming plans. The announcement confirms Game Pass inclusion generally; use the Store entry for the listed tiers, and confirm it against your own account and region.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsHow to check your account and region
- Open the Valor Mortis page in the Xbox Store or search for the game in the Xbox Store on your device.
- Confirm the store region is the one associated with your account. The cited listing is for the United States, and subscription availability may differ elsewhere.
- Look for the subscription information on the game page. Compare the named tier with the plan currently active on your account; the US listing reviewed showed PC only and Ultimate.
- Check the supported platform before proceeding. The Store lists Xbox Series X|S and PC, and identifies the game as Xbox Play Anywhere.
- Before starting or renewing a subscription to play, reopen the listing and verify the current status and entitlement. Catalog access and release details can change.
Is the game available to play yet?
When checked on October 7, 2026, the Xbox Store page said “Coming to,” rather than showing that the game was available to play. The September 24 date in Xbox Wire’s June 7 announcement is outdated: One More Level’s Steam publisher page lists October 13, 2026. Treat that as the current date shown by the developer’s Steam page, not as confirmation that the Xbox Store’s date or availability has updated.

Game Pass access or a separate purchase?
If your active tier matches one listed on the Store page, subscription access may suit you if you expect to play while the game remains in the catalog. Buying a copy instead may make more sense if you prefer a separate purchase over ongoing catalog access. Compare the purchase price with the cost of the subscription over the time you expect to play, and check the Store for current terms before deciding.
Xbox Wire’s June 7, 2026 Showcase recap described the game as a first-person action Soulslike and announced Game Pass inclusion. The publisher, Lyrical Games, also announced a day-one Game Pass launch in its June 7 press release. Those announcements support the inclusion claim, but the Store’s current tier labels are the practical check for your plan.
