Build around Mityl’s Hydro setup: use her Holograms, Tideway tiles, and Aligned Resonance to support a Hydro-focused team. The current guide’s recommended five-unit lineup is Mityl, OTs-14, Liushih, Springfield, and Florence. For a more damage-focused option, replace Florence with Tololo. Treat these as guide recommendations, then adjust for the characters you own and the stage’s needs.

What Mityl contributes to a squad

Mityl is an Elite Hydro Sentinel and summon damage dealer. Her Squirrel Hologram can copy eligible enemies or create a Self Hologram. Void Fitting and Air Dash help her spread Hydro tiles and reposition. At the end of an allied turn, her Holograms trigger Aligned Resonance; Hydro damage and Tideway tiles also support her Confectance Index generation.

In practice, this makes tile placement and Hologram pressure the team’s defining considerations. Sentinel is the damage-dealing class, while Support characters commonly bring healing and buffs, so retain coverage for your mission’s tactical demands rather than treating any one defensive or sustain unit as mandatory. The Mityl guide names lineups but does not specify how they should change for particular encounter types.

Which teammates should you use with Mityl?

The two five-unit compositions below come from The Kon Network’s Mityl guide, published September 30, 2026 and updated October 4, 2026. The guide says its lineup is based on Mityl’s official character introduction; that basis has not been independently verified here.

Option Five-unit lineup What the guide says it offers
Recommended Hydro team Mityl, OTs-14, Liushih, Springfield, Florence Mityl supplies Hydro tiles and Hologram pressure; the guide presents the other four as her recommended companions.
Hydro Assault Mityl, Tololo, Liushih, Springfield, OTs-14 The guide calls this the more damage-focused composition. Tololo adds single-target burst, Liushih adds Hydro and summon damage, Springfield supports the Hydro core, and OTs-14 contributes Resonance damage.

Choose the recommended Hydro team if you want the guide’s listed composition; choose Hydro Assault if you prefer its explicitly damage-focused alternative. Your available roster matters: regional banner availability was not established, so neither lineup should be assumed obtainable for every player. The guide also does not provide encounter-specific performance comparisons, so a stage-by-stage winner is not established.

How to pilot the team

  • Set up Hydro tiles: Place and exploit Tideway tiles as you develop Mityl’s Hydro-focused damage.
  • Use Holograms for pressure: Mityl’s Holograms contribute attacks and trigger Aligned Resonance at the end of the allied turn.
  • Reposition as needed: Use Air Dash to adjust Mityl’s position and support tile or Hologram setup.

The guide describes these interactions but does not establish a tested turn-by-turn rotation or comparative damage results. Avoid treating any exact sequence as a proven optimal rotation.

What build does the guide recommend?

The same guide lists these stat priorities, attachment choices, and general-content fixed Keys. They are its recommendations, not independently tested best-in-slot results.

Kotobukiya Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium Springfield (Queen in Radiance Ver.) 1:7 Scale PVC Statue
  • A Kotobukiya Japanese import
  • From Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium comes a figure of Springfield
  • Her pose is the definition of grace and elegance—as if she's waltzing right out of a ballroom.
  • The vivid blue dress is finished with sharply defined folds and slightly tone-shifted pearlescent paint
  • Graceful from every angle, she makes a standout addition to any Commander’s collection
Build element Guide recommendation
Stat priorities Attack Boost, Attack, Crit Rate, Crit Damage
Attachments Summon Boost, Close Assault, Phase Strike
Fixed Keys for general content Tearjerker Performance, Hundred Round Duet, Indistinguishable
Suggested Common Key Mitylrat Little

The guide associates the fixed Keys with Emotional Contamination, an additional Hologram summon, and increased damage on Hydro tiles, respectively.

Which weapon and upgrades should you consider?

There is a naming distinction in the sources: the IOP Wiki character record lists P90 (Project 9.0) as Mityl’s signature weapon and identifies her weapon type as SMG, while the build guide names Squirrel Nova as her signature weapon. The guide says Squirrel Nova improves damage for Mityl and Physical Summons, with additional benefits against enemies on Hydro tiles. It lists Juggernaut, Svarog, and the Rare-tier P90 as alternatives. These are in-game weapon references, not recommendations for real-world products.

For investment, the guide says Mityl can perform her core Hydro-enabling role at V0. It identifies V1 as its preferred early upgrade, V3 and V4 as further upgrade points, and V6 as the full-investment capstone. Those are the guide author’s assessments, not prerequisites for a functioning team or guarantees of performance.

How to adapt the lineup to your roster

  • Start with the recommended five-unit lineup if you have those characters and want the guide’s standard Hydro composition.
  • If you want its more damage-focused variant, swap Florence for Tololo while keeping Mityl, Liushih, Springfield, and OTs-14.
  • If a named character is unavailable on your server or absent from your account, adapt rather than assuming the exact lineup is compulsory. The guide does not establish substitute units or a universal replacement order.
  • Account for the mission’s tactical needs, but do not infer a specific encounter matchup advantage from these recommendations: the guide does not compare the lineups by stage.

The detailed team and build recommendations come from The Kon Network’s guide, published September 30 and updated October 4, 2026: Mityl GFL2 Guide | Build, Teams, Weapon & Keys. For character-record details, see the IOP Wiki Mityl entry. General class context is covered by Prydwen’s Characters & Progression guide; secondary broad-role context appears in the GirlsFrontline2.wiki Mityl Build Guide. Team and build details can change with balance patches and regional roster changes.
