You can prepare a month of videos on Shadow PC, but Shadow itself is not the publishing scheduler. Use it as your cloud Windows workspace to prepare video files, then schedule each post in the destination platform—such as YouTube Studio—and track the month in a calendar or spreadsheet. “Autopilot” here means that prepared posts publish at times you selected; it does not mean Shadow continuously uploads or publishes them.
What you need before building the queue
Start with a platform-neutral tracker and choose a realistic publishing cadence. A 30-day queue means planning the next 30 calendar days, not necessarily publishing every day. The workflow below uses YouTube Studio for the detailed example; other platforms may have different scheduling windows and account requirements.
- A Shadow PC session for preparing and exporting the videos.
- A destination account with access to its native scheduling tools.
- A calendar or spreadsheet with one row for each planned post.
- Final video files, captions, and any thumbnails or cover images required by the platform.
Shadow’s EU offer page lists Lite at 120 hours per month with sessions up to 4 hours, Shadow PC at 210 hours per month with sessions up to 6 hours, and Pro at 210 hours per month with sessions up to 8 hours; the page also lists an Always On option for Pro. Create 30 rows for the dates covered by your queue. If you publish less frequently, fill only the dates you intend to use and leave the others empty; a queue should reflect your actual plan rather than assume a daily schedule.

Use a separate status field to move each row through idea, edited, reviewed, uploaded, scheduled, and published. Do not mark a video scheduled just because its file has been uploaded.
Prepare and export the videos on Shadow PC
- Sign in to your Shadow PC session and finish editing each video.
- Export the final video and any required image assets. Use a predictable filename that matches the tracker row, such as a date followed by a short title.
- Check that the exported file plays and that the intended caption, thumbnail, and publish date are recorded in the same row.
- If you need the files on another device, Shadow Drive can sync files across devices and supports third-party tools through WebDAV. Its support article says scheduled synchronization is not supported, so treat it as optional file access—not a way to schedule publishing. Shadow Drive file synchronization
Shadow sessions can shut down after inactivity or after the stream is closed, depending on the offer. That matters if you are leaving an editing session open, but once a post has been scheduled in the platform, the workflow does not depend on keeping Shadow running. Shadow Support: shutdown behavior

Upload and schedule each YouTube video
YouTube separates uploading from publishing: a video can be uploaded and remain private until its scheduled publication. YouTube Help describes scheduled publishing as a way “to schedule a private video to go public at a specific time.” YouTube Help: schedule video publishing
- Sign in to YouTube Studio and upload the video that matches the tracker row.
- Enter the title, description, thumbnail, audience setting, and other required details. Review the video and its metadata before scheduling.
- In the visibility or publishing step, open the Schedule card. Set the publication date, time, and time zone, then select Schedule.
- Return to the channel’s Content area and confirm that the item appears as scheduled. Record that confirmation in the tracker.
- If the date or time changes, edit the scheduled publication in Studio and update the tracker to match.
Confirm the time zone shown in the scheduling controls rather than relying on a date copied from another calendar. YouTube says a video’s watch-page date is based on Pacific time, so viewers in some time zones may see a different calendar date from the one shown in Studio. YouTube Help: schedule video publishing

What can interrupt a scheduled YouTube post?
Scheduling is not a guarantee that a video will publish successfully or pass every later check. YouTube says publication can happen after standard-definition processing is complete. Copyright check results are not final and may later be followed by manual claims, strikes, or changes to video settings. Also, if a channel has a Community Guidelines strike, a scheduled video will not publish during the penalty period; it remains private and must be rescheduled afterward. Can you schedule TikToks 30 days ahead?
Do not assume so. TikTok’s current creator-tools page confirms that TikTok Studio can upload, schedule, and edit posts on mobile and web, but it does not state a current maximum scheduling window. TikTok Support: creator tools

A TikTok For Business article published March 17, 2021 described scheduling from 15 minutes to 10 days before publication. It also said desktop scheduling required a Business Account and that scheduled video, caption, and time could not be edited in place. Those are historical instructions, not a verified current limit or eligibility rule. Check the scheduler in your own account before promising a 30-day TikTok runway; if its available dates stop short, schedule only within that window and set a reminder to queue the remaining posts later. Set a recurring weekly review and check each upcoming post against its platform entry. This catches mismatches while there is still time to correct them.

- Confirm each planned item still appears as scheduled in the platform.
- Compare its scheduled date, time, and time zone with the tracker.
- Check that the scheduled video, caption, and thumbnail or cover match the intended row.
- Update the status if an item is published, changed, or no longer planned.
- If a source file or planned date changed, replace or reschedule the platform item and update its tracker row.
Keep the responsibilities clear
Shadow is where you can prepare the assets; the social platform’s scheduler is where publication is arranged. The tracker connects the two, while the platform’s own planner or content list provides the confirmation that a post is queued. Check each platform’s live interface for its scheduling window and account rules instead of assuming every service supports 30 days ahead.
