In SwifDoo PDF, use the Page tools to insert or delete pages, and drag page thumbnails to change their order. You can insert a blank page or pages from another PDF; before deleting, check the page selection and keep a backup, because SwifDoo says deletion in its replacement workflow cannot be undone.
Open the PDF page tools
Open your PDF in SwifDoo and look for page actions under the Page menu. SwifDoo’s support guide also describes right-clicking a page to access insertion options. Menu names and availability can vary by release or platform, so these directions may not match every version exactly. SwifDoo lists desktop, mobile, and online options on its download page, but its materials do not establish that page-management controls are identical across them.
Add pages to a PDF
Choose Insert from the page tools. SwifDoo’s guide describes two ways to add content:

- Insert pages from a file: Choose From File to add selected pages or an entire PDF.

Delete pages
SwifDoo’s guide describes deleting pages either by entering page numbers or ranges, or by selecting page thumbnails and choosing Delete Page. It also describes a trash icon as another deletion control. Use the range method when you know the exact page numbers; selecting thumbnails can be more direct when you want to remove specific pages by sight.
Before confirming, verify the pages you selected and keep a copy of the original PDF. In its replacement workflow, SwifDoo warns that “this action of deletion is irrevocable and cannot be undone.” That warning appears in its “How to Replace Pages in a PDF Document” article, updated March 21, 2022; it is a reason to check carefully before deleting.

Reorder or rotate pages
Move pages
To change the order, drag a page thumbnail to its desired position. SwifDoo describes this method in its organize-pages guide. Check the surrounding thumbnails as you move a page so it lands in the intended location.

The same guide describes clockwise and counterclockwise rotation using the page controls. Rotation changes a page’s orientation; it does not move the page to a different position in the document.

Check the edited PDF
After making changes, inspect the resulting PDF and confirm that the inserted, removed, or moved pages are correct. The cited guides cover several different operations and do not specify one universal save procedure for every version or platform, so use the save or output controls available in your SwifDoo edition.
