You can add client reviews to an AI website builder site in Manual mode by pasting them into text elements, inserting a built-in Testimonials section, or embedding a third-party review widget with custom code. For a simple static display, use text or the Testimonials section; choose an embed when you want reviews from an external platform to appear on the site.
Choose how to display the reviews

These are three ways to add reviews in Manual mode. Manual mode is for editing site text, images, and sections by hand.
Add reviews as text
Use this route if you want a straightforward presentation without a review-platform widget. Add text elements to a dedicated reviews page or to an existing page section, then copy and paste the client review text into them. Arrange and format the text to suit the page.
Insert a Testimonials section
- Open the page where you want the reviews, or create a new page.
- Click Add section.
- Choose Testimonials from the section menu on the left.
- Choose a template from the options on the right and click it to insert the section.
- Edit the inserted section to fit your site.
You can personalize a section by adding, removing, or rearranging its elements and changing the background.
Embed reviews from an external platform
To display reviews from platforms such as Google or Trustpilot, use the custom code for the relevant integration. The code may need to go in the site’s <head> or <body>, depending on the integration. The builder also provides an Embed code element for integrating third-party widgets.
Follow the instructions for the specific widget rather than assuming every provider uses the same placement or setup. If its instructions call for a particular location in the site code, use that rather than treating the Embed code element as interchangeable with every integration.
Preview the page and check mobile layout
- Review the page in mobile view as well as desktop view; the builder has separate desktop and mobile editors.
- For an embedded widget, check Preview or the published site. Custom code does not render inside the editor itself, so the editor canvas alone will not confirm whether the widget works.

Manually displayed client testimonials describe products or services on a general page. A separate product-review feature may be available for reviews customers submit on online-store product pages. Its instructions begin at Store management → Products → Product reviews → Settings, where you can turn on Collect reviews. That store feature is a different workflow from adding client testimonials to a page.
