Grammarly’s official instructions describe accepting suggestions one at a time, not a universal “Accept all” command. Review each proposed edit and click Accept (or select the suggested text) in the app where Grammarly is running. If you mean tracked revisions already in a Word document, those are separate from Grammarly suggestions and must be accepted in the document editor before upload.
Accept suggestions in Grammarly Editor

Open your document in Grammarly Editor.

Review a suggestion in the sidebar.

Click Accept for each suggestion you want to keep. Skip or dismiss suggestions that would change your meaning, voice, or intended style.

In the browser extension, review the suggestion card shown inline or open Grammarly’s control in the text field to find suggestions. Select the suggestion and accept it there. In Google Docs, open the Grammarly sidebar or hover over underlined text to bring up its suggestion card, then choose the suggestion you want to accept.

The browser extension guide and Google Docs support article describe working with suggestions through individual cards or inline text. Their instructions do not establish that every version or account lacks a bulk action, so check the controls in your current interface if they differ.
Accept suggestions in desktop apps or Microsoft Word
Desktop controls depend on the app. Grammarly for Windows may show suggestions in a list in Word; select a suggestion to review and accept it. Other desktop contexts may use a widget or tab. Grammarly’s Windows and Mac user guide covers these interface differences.

If Grammarly says your document contains revisions
A tracked-revisions warning is about edits already stored in the document, not Grammarly’s suggestion cards. Accept those revisions in Word or the editor where the document was revised, save the file, and upload it again. Grammarly’s upload troubleshooting guidance says documents containing revisions must have them accepted before upload.
