The updated Vista 24 from Dragon Tiny Homes packs its kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living area and two lofts into 204 sq ft (about 19 sq m) of interior space. The layout relies on a storage staircase to reach its main loft, while a removable ladder leads to a smaller loft for storage or another sleeping area. It is a compact home designed around everyday functions, though the available description is not an independent inspection or proof that the layout will suit every buyer.
How the Vista uses its 204 sq ft
The featured Vista is 24 feet (7.3 m) long and built on a double-axle trailer. Its ground floor brings together a sitting area, kitchen and separate bathroom; two lofts add sleeping or storage space above. The main-floor figure does not include the lofts.
Living room and main loft
The living area is described as snug, with a sofa, projector and pull-down screen. A storage-integrated staircase beside it leads to the main loft, where the reported setup includes a double bed and safety railings. The stairs do more than provide access: their built-in storage helps make use of the limited floor area.

A removable ladder reaches the smaller loft. The feature describes it as usable for storage or another sleeping area, with a divider that can provide separation. It is better understood as flexible loft space than as a conventional second bedroom.

What is included in the kitchen and bathroom?
Kitchen and laundry
The kitchen takes a comparatively large share of the described interior. Its reported equipment includes a sink, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, combination washer/dryer, pantry and upper cabinets. That means the pictured layout combines food preparation and laundry without a separate utility room.
Separate bathroom
The compact bathroom has a walk-in shower, small sink and flushing toilet. The feature does not provide measurements for the bathroom or its fixtures, so buyers who need particular clearances should confirm those details for the exact unit.

Heating, cooling and entertainment
The reported living room includes an electric fireplace, and a mini-split system provides heating and cooling. The feature does not give energy-use figures, climate-performance measurements or independent test results. The projector and pull-down screen add a media setup without requiring a permanently installed television in the sitting area; no make or model is identified.
What did the pictured unit cost?
New Atlas reported on September 29, 2026, that the pictured upgraded Vista was offered for US$66,750, with delivery available in the continental United States at rates that varied by location. That is a dated asking price for a particular unit, not a guaranteed current price. Dragon Tiny Homes’ Vista page lists a starting price of $60,000, while its separate Premium Vista inventory listing shows a specific upgraded unit with its own price and appliance package. These figures describe distinct listings rather than one fixed price for every Vista.

- Sleeping arrangements: Confirm loft dimensions, access, headroom and whether the smaller loft works for your intended use. Its reported flexibility does not make it a conventional bedroom.
- Exact configuration: Check which appliances, laundry equipment, heating and cooling components, and other features are included in the unit being offered.
- Towing and transport: The feature mentions pairing the trailer with a Ford F-350, but that is not universal towing advice. Verify the trailer’s actual weight and requirements against your specific vehicle, route and licensing rules.
- Placement and occupancy: Whether and where you can legally stay in a tiny house depends on local rules. Confirm requirements with the relevant local authorities for the intended site.
- Delivery and ongoing costs: Ask for a location-specific delivery quote and determine the site, utility and operating costs that apply to your plans. The feature provides no utility-cost data.
