How the time records connect to invoicing
Cole says the time entries feed into an invoice in his financial system. His description is that Clockify transfers the time entries there, after which he can click a button to email invoices to clients. The story therefore presents the workflow as a handoff from calendar review, to classifying time, to preparing and sending invoices.

What the reported “4 hours per week” means
Clockify’s customer-story headline says Cole saves four hours per week, and a Clockify brochure attributes to him the statement that Clockify “probably saves me 4 hours per week now.” The brochure’s publication date is not established. Clockify’s story body separately says he and his business save “dozens of hours every month”; those statements are not the same measure and should not be combined into one precise result.
These figures are vendor-published customer testimony. The available account does not independently verify Cole’s time savings or establish that another person or business would achieve similar results.
