Flobotics says Clockify helped it make development time easier to explain to clients and compare planned work with recorded hours. In a customer story published by Clockify, Krzysztof Szwed, Flobotics’ Head of Delivery, describes reports as a way to show the time behind client charges and integrations as a source of data for forecasting and short-term planning. These are attributed account statements, not independently measured results.
Why time tracking mattered to Flobotics
Clockify describes Flobotics as a company that automates repetitive office work through robotic process automation (RPA). Its customer story identifies Krzysztof Szwed as Head of Delivery. The story says Flobotics billed clients based on development time, so reliable records mattered both for client charges and for projects running on tight schedules.
That billing model creates a practical need: a team must be able to connect recorded development hours to work performed, while also keeping an eye on whether a project is tracking against its plan. The story presents Clockify as part of Flobotics’ response to those needs, rather than as an RPA development tool itself.

Szwed says Clockify’s built-in reporting module let Flobotics show clients the recorded time used to charge for development. In his account, that visibility gave the company a competitive edge with clients because charges could be accompanied by the system’s time records.
#1 Best Overall
“An unexpected benefit that we got with the tool is the built-in reporting module, which allowed us to gain a competitive edge with clients. We can simply show them the system’s outcome to charge for development time.”
Krzysztof Szwed, Head of Delivery, Flobotics, in Clockify’s customer story.
The value described is not that a report proves every aspect of an RPA project’s quality or business impact. It gives the client a view of the time recorded for development, which can make a time-based charge easier to review.

Szwed also describes flexibility in the level of reporting: some customers needed project-progress reporting, while others were satisfied with basic time tracking. That distinction matters for delivery teams serving clients with different oversight needs; a useful system should accommodate both without treating every engagement as identical.
Rank #2
“Sometimes, our customers need a specific type of reporting to track the project’s progress, while other times, very standard, simple time tracking is entirely sufficient. Clockify is surprisingly flexible in this regard.”

How integrations connected estimates to actual time
For Flobotics, Szwed says integrations with other systems were important because the company relied on operational data and its existing tools. He attributes a specific planning use to those connections: comparing planned time with tracked time, forecasting future demand, and using that information in short-term strategies.
“Thanks to integrations, we’ve been able to compare planned vs. tracked time, forecast future demands, and translate it into our short-term strategies.”

The sequence is straightforward: planned hours provide an expectation, time records show what was logged, and the difference can inform upcoming workload decisions. The story does not specify which integrations Flobotics used, how forecasts were calculated, or how accurate those forecasts proved to be.

What the Flobotics account establishes—and what it does not
The account illustrates a plausible operational fit for an RPA delivery business that bills for development time: client-facing reports can explain recorded hours, and integrated time data can help a team compare estimates with actuals when planning work. The reported benefits are qualitative. Clockify’s story provides no dated, quantified before-and-after measure of productivity, revenue, forecast accuracy, or client satisfaction, and it is a vendor-published customer story rather than an independent evaluation.
The story lists Flobotics as having 30 employees, but gives no date for that figure, so it should not be read as current headcount. It also refers to more than 80 time-tracking integrations without a publication date; that figure is not a verified current count.
What another RPA or consulting team can take from the case
The case is most useful as a set of questions for evaluating a time-tracking workflow, not as proof that one product will produce the same outcome elsewhere:

- Client reporting: Can you share records in a format clients can use to understand time-based charges or project progress?
- Tool-stack fit: Does the tracker integrate with the systems your delivery team already relies on, and do those connections support the data flow you need?
- Different levels of detail: Can you use simple time records for straightforward engagements and more specific reporting where a client requires it?
- Planned versus recorded time: Can your team compare estimates with logged hours and use the difference in capacity or short-term planning?
Clockify’s customer story supplies the Flobotics example behind these questions, but it does not compare Clockify with competing trackers. Flobotics’ own pages describe its business process automation services and case studies; those pages provide company context, not independent validation of Clockify’s effects.
