Murphy says students can begin tracking by pressing Clockify’s timer. She also says manual time entries are useful. The story does not specify when the organization chooses one method over the other or describe a formal time-entry policy.

Use tags to categorize student tasks
Clockify’s story describes tagging entries to sort student work into categories such as onboarding and blogs. Murphy says students can then see where they are spending more of their time. Clockify also says detailed tracking helped students learn more efficiently. The customer story supplies no measurements for time saved, productivity, focus, or student performance. These are reported experiences and publisher claims, not quantified or independently evaluated results.

Murphy says Assuaged had tried three software products before settling on Clockify. As recounted in the story, one had technical mishaps, another seemed too complicated and not user-friendly, and a third became too expensive after a year. Clockify does not name the products or provide prices, so the interview cannot support a price comparison or a feature-by-feature ranking of alternatives.
What can this customer story tell prospective users?
