The Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser was reported at £94.95 on Amazon UK on October 6, 2026, down £25 from £119.95—about 21% off, not 30%. T3 called it the machine’s “cheapest ever” price, but its report does not show historical pricing to verify an all-time low. Amazon’s October event is Prime Big Deal Days, running October 6–7, rather than its summer Prime Day sale.
What the Velvetiser deal actually saves
T3 reported the Amazon UK offer at £94.95, compared with a stated regular price of £119.95. The difference is £25, or about 21% of the regular price. That does not match the 30% discount in the original headline. T3’s October 6, 2026 deal report is the source for those prices; they are a time-sensitive report, not a guarantee of the current listing price.
T3 described the price as the cheapest the Velvetiser had ever been. Its article does not include a price-history series, so “lowest price ever” should be treated as T3’s claim, not an independently demonstrated record.

Why this is Prime Big Deal Days, not Prime Day
Amazon calls its October 6–7, 2026 shopping event Prime Big Deal Days. Amazon’s official event announcement gives those dates and the fall-event name. The Velvetiser price T3 reported fell within that event, but availability and price can change during or after a sale.

What the Velvetiser does
T3 says the updated Velvetiser launched in 2025 and has settings for hot and cold chocolate drinks. It reports that drinks can be ready in as little as three minutes and describes the whisk as aerating the chocolate. These are details from T3’s coverage; confirm the current listing’s specifications before relying on them for a purchase.
Hotel Chocolat’s US storefront has a Velvetiser drinking chocolate category with multiple flavors. That US product page does not establish which mixes are available in the UK or whether a particular product is suitable for a UK purchase, so check the relevant local listing.

- Open the current Amazon UK listing and confirm the Velvetiser’s price, seller, stock status, and delivery terms. T3’s £94.95 figure was reported on October 6, 2026, and may no longer apply.
