Hostinger’s Hermes Agent VPS offer is a one-click deployment across four KVM tiers, but the available performance evidence is limited to one reviewer’s KVM 2 test. HostAdvice reported CPU benchmark results with Hermes Agent and Traefik running on a Phoenix, Arizona instance; those results are useful context, not a guarantee or a forecast for other regions and workloads. The plans are paid upfront, and their displayed introductory monthly rates renew at higher prices.
What the Hermes Agent VPS offer includes
Hostinger’s Hermes-specific page describes Hermes Agent as a one-click deployment on a Docker-based VPS. The page lists these US-dollar prices and resources:

These are the offer page’s displayed prices, not guaranteed future or universal regional prices. The page says plans are paid upfront and the promotional monthly figure is calculated from the total price for a two-year term. Check the total due at checkout, the renewal amount, and your region’s price before ordering. See Hostinger’s Hermes Agent VPS offer.
The same page lists Docker Manager, container logs, one-click updates, AMD EPYC processors, NVMe SSDs, 1 Gbps network speed, weekly backups, a public API, data centers worldwide, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. These are vendor-stated features and offer terms; they are not independent measurements of service performance.
#1 Best Overall
- Wide Compatibility & Versatile Use: ZOERAX M6 rack mount screw kit is ideal for installing server racks, network cabinets, rack shelves, patch panels, A/V equipment, and more. Designed for standard square-hole racks and cabinets, these M6 cage nuts and screws ensure a secure fit for most 19-inch rack systems used in data centers, offices, and home labs
- Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel Construction: Made from premium carbon steel, these M6 cage nuts and screws deliver high strength and long-lasting durability. The material provides excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and oxidation, performing reliably in demanding environments such as high humidity, temperature fluctuations, and long-term rack installations
- Precision Metric Standard M6: Manufactured to strict metric standards, each M6 screw and cage nut features precise dimensions with minimal tolerance. Clean, sharp threads without burrs allow smooth installation without stripping or slipping. The deep Phillips head design ensures better torque control and faster, more efficient mounting
- Safe, Reliable & Eco-Conscious Materials: ZOERAX uses non-toxic, environmentally friendly carbon steel materials to ensure safe handling and use. Heat-treated for optimal hardness, ductility, and impact resistance, these rack screws and cage nuts offer dependable performance while meeting safety and quality expectations for professional installations
- Complete Mounting Kit with Washers: This essential M6 rack hardware kit includes screws, cage nuts, and heavy-duty washers. The included washers help distribute pressure evenly and reduce scratches or marks on rack rails and equipment, providing a cleaner, more secure installation right out of the box
What HostAdvice measured on KVM 2
HostAdvice’s 2026 review is the available Hermes-specific performance report. It tested a KVM 2 instance in Hostinger’s Phoenix, Arizona data center, running Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS with kernel 6.8.0-111-generic. HostAdvice reports the instance had 2 vCPUs, 7.8 GiB of RAM, and a 96 GB NVMe disk. Hermes Agent and Traefik were active in Docker containers during testing.
With both containers running, HostAdvice reported baseline utilization of 2% CPU, 9% memory (about 720 MB), and 12 GB of disk space. Its 10-second sysbench CPU test used a prime limit of 20,000:
| HostAdvice test | Events per second | Average latency | 95th-percentile latency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single thread | 1,637.28 | 0.61 ms | 0.63 ms |
| Two threads | 3,169.00 | 0.63 ms | 0.67 ms |
These are figures published by HostAdvice for its test setup, not tests performed for this article, official performance guarantees, or results independently reproduced here. The benchmark client was also in Hostinger’s Phoenix location, the same location as the VPS. That setup does not measure latency from a reader’s home or show how the VPS performs from another region. A CPU microbenchmark also cannot establish how quickly a particular agent workflow will complete.

HostAdvice notes that its test server had no swap configured. In that configuration, it says, exhausting RAM could lead the Linux OOM killer to terminate processes rather than the system relying on swap. This describes the reviewed instance; it should not be assumed to be the configuration of every VPS.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which tier makes sense for your workload?
KVM 2 is the only tier in this offer for which the available source reports Hermes-specific benchmark data. That makes it the relevant tier for interpreting HostAdvice’s measurements, not a universal recommendation. The sources do not establish official minimum or recommended CPU or RAM requirements for Hermes Agent.
- Compare the resources with your actual use. Consider how many tasks may run concurrently and what else will share the VPS. More concurrent or resource-intensive work may call for more capacity, but the evidence here does not quantify a threshold.
- Account for term cost. Compare the total amount charged upfront with the renewal rate, rather than choosing from the promotional monthly figure alone.
- Plan to manage a server. TechRadar describes Hostinger’s general VPS plans as unmanaged. That is provider context, not a Hermes-specific test; be prepared to handle server administration rather than assuming the one-click deployment manages everything for you. Read TechRadar’s general Hostinger review.
- Test your own workflow. The reported sysbench results cover CPU calculations under one configuration. They do not determine performance for your prompts, tools, integrations, concurrency, or users’ network routes.
What the evidence does—and does not—establish
The offer page provides named tiers, listed resources, displayed prices, and vendor-described features. HostAdvice provides one configuration-specific KVM 2 report. Together, they help with a first-pass comparison, but they do not establish performance across all four tiers, data centers, or Hermes Agent workloads. TechRadar’s description of the general VPS offering adds context about management responsibilities, not proof of how this particular deployment behaves.
Because prices, renewal terms, included features, and availability can change, verify them on the offer page for your location before committing. The available sources also do not settle Hermes Agent’s official installation requirements or security recommendations; consult current project documentation before deploying an internet-accessible agent.
