To change the currency customers see and use to pay, change the currency in your Hostinger AI Builder store. Printful’s currency preferences are separate: its browsing currency changes how you view prices, while its billing currency determines how you pay Printful for fulfillment.
Hostinger Help Center puts it plainly: “Your store currency and Printful currency are managed separately in Hostinger AI Builder manual mode.”
Which currency setting should you change?

These settings have different jobs. Changing one does not automatically change the others.

If an online payment provider is connected, disconnect it before changing the store currency. Hostinger says manual payment methods, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer, do not need to be removed.

In the store settings, go to Settings → Payments and change the currency when no online provider is connected. Hostinger’s current guide also directs you to Settings → Store settings → Regional settings to set the currency.

Set up your preferred payment methods again. If you disconnected an online provider, reconnect and configure it.

Review product and shipping prices and edit them manually if needed. Hostinger does not automatically convert those amounts when you change the currency.

Check Hostinger’s supported-currency list before choosing a currency; it is organized by region and may change.
The new currency applies to new orders. Existing orders retain the currency in which they were placed.

Will changing my Printful currency change what customers see?
No. Printful separates the currency you see while browsing from the currency used to pay for fulfillment. Neither Printful setting, by itself, changes the currency customers see and use at checkout in your Hostinger store.
For Printful browsing currency, log in to your Printful Dashboard, open Preferences, choose Edit next to Currency, select a currency, and apply the change. Where offered, you can also choose whether displayed prices include or exclude VAT. This adjusts your view of product and pricing information, not the store’s transaction currency.
How do I change my Printful billing currency?

Open Store billing settings for the relevant connected store and select the desired currency.

Re-enter your payment method. Printful says each currency uses a separate payment processor, so the payment method must match the new currency for orders to process.

Printful’s browsing guidance notes that, for a logged-in user, charges depend on the default payment method currency or the currency of the store being ordered from, as applicable. That is distinct from changing your Hostinger storefront currency.

Why are my Printful prices showing in a different currency?
Your Printful browsing currency may differ from your Hostinger store currency because they are independent settings. If the mismatch is only in the Printful dashboard, update Preferences → Currency. If customers see the wrong currency in your store, change the Hostinger store currency instead.
Printful says its displayed VAT amount is an estimated flat 21% and appears only for EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, CHF, and PLN; the final price is calculated at checkout. This is Printful’s display estimate for those currencies, not a universal tax rate or tax advice.
Can I change only the price format?
If the store’s actual currency is correct and you only want a different symbol or number layout, Hostinger documents a custom-code approach for manual mode. Its documented display changes apply to product-list sections, product pages, and the shopping bag. Checkout, invoices, and store management continue to show default prices. A formatting change does not convert amounts or change the currency customers are charged.
