To connect most Hisense smart TVs to Wi-Fi, open Settings → Network → Network Configuration, choose Wireless, select your network, and enter its password. Menu names and features vary by model and TV platform, so use the model-specific instructions if you do not see those options.

Connect your Hisense TV to Wi-Fi

  1. Turn on the TV and open Settings.
  2. Choose Network, then Network Configuration.
  3. Set Connection Type to Wireless.
  4. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter its password.

This is the general route documented by Hisense USA. If your menus differ, check the instructions for your exact model and platform: Hisense TVs use different systems, including Roku, Google TV, Android TV, Amazon, VIDAA, and XClass.

Setting up a new Roku TV

Follow the on-screen setup and have your wireless network name and password ready. The Roku TV quick-start guide uses a Roku account for activation. Wi-Fi is not required simply to use the television as a regular TV; Hisense says owners can use a Roku TV without connecting it to a wireless network, though internet-connected features will not be available.

Mirror an iPhone on a Hisense TV

iPhone screen mirroring is available on supported Hisense Roku and Google TV models, not necessarily every Hisense television. If your model supports AirPlay:

  1. Enable AirPlay in the TV’s settings.
  2. On the iPhone, open Control Center and tap Screen Mirroring.
  3. Select your Hisense TV.
  4. Enter the passcode shown on the TV.

To stop mirroring, open Screen Mirroring in Control Center again and disconnect. If AirPlay or the TV is missing from the list, confirm that your model supports the feature and follow its manual rather than assuming the same steps apply across all Hisense TVs.

Pair a Bluetooth device

Hisense says Bluetooth is available on most models, including ULED series and Laser TV, but support is not universal. On supported models, its FAQ gives this route: open Settings → Network → Remotes & Accessories and enable Bluetooth. Pairing controls can vary; if the menu is absent, check the model’s manual to confirm Bluetooth support and the correct pairing steps.

Use Ethernet or connect another device

Ethernet and HDMI availability depends on the model. For example, one Hisense Google TV specification sheet lists dual-band Wi-Fi, an Ethernet (LAN) connection, Bluetooth, and HDMI ports. That specification is for the named model, not a guarantee about every Hisense TV. Check your model’s specifications and the ports on its rear panel before buying a cable or choosing a wired connection.

  • Internet access: Connect over Wi-Fi or, if your model has a LAN port, Ethernet.
  • Show an iPhone’s screen: Use AirPlay only if your TV model supports it.
  • Pair a wireless accessory: Confirm that the TV supports Bluetooth and follow its model-specific pairing instructions.
  • Connect a console, player, or other source: Check for an available HDMI port and select that input on the TV.

If you do not have the remote

Hisense says replacement-remote options depend on the TV model. Identify the exact model before ordering a replacement so you can confirm compatibility. If you are still setting up the TV, check its model-specific documentation for available setup controls.
