To access your Hilton Honors account, sign in on Hilton’s official sign-in page with your username or Hilton Honors number and password. If you have forgotten either, choose “Forgot your info?” to recover your number or reset your password. If Hilton asks for an Enhanced Security code, use the code sent to the email address or phone number saved on your account.
Sign in to Hilton Honors
- Open Hilton’s sign-in page.
- Enter your username or Hilton Honors account number, then your password.
- Complete an Enhanced Security code prompt if one appears.
You can use your account number to sign in without creating a username. Hilton also identifies its mobile app as an account-access option, but its help information does not establish that every account-management task works identically in the app and on the website.
If you forgot your Hilton Honors number or username
- On the sign-in page, select “Forgot your info?”
- Under “Lost your account number?”, enter your first and last name and the email address associated with your account, then submit the form.
- Check your inbox for Hilton’s email with your account number. Delivery can take up to 15 minutes.
Your Hilton Honors number also appears at the top of Hilton Honors monthly statements. See Hilton’s account-number help page for the recovery form.
If you forgot your password
- Select “Forgot your info?” on Hilton’s sign-in page.
- Enter your Hilton Honors number and preferred email address, then submit the request.
- Follow the password-reset directions Hilton emails you.
Hilton says reset-email delivery may take up to 15 minutes. Check spam or junk and confirm that you entered the email associated with the account. Its password-reset guidance also recommends clearing browser cache and cookies, trying another browser, or opening a fresh tab or window and manually entering the new credentials if sign-in still fails. If you see an “It’s not you, it’s us” error on the reset link, Hilton says it can happen when the reset has been requested too many times; avoid repeatedly submitting requests and try the browser steps instead.

If Hilton asks for an Enhanced Security code
Enhanced Security is Hilton’s two-step verification. Hilton sends a unique code to the preferred email address or phone number stored on your account. The code should arrive within two minutes and expires ten minutes after it is sent. If it expires, choose “Resend code.” For an email code, check spam or junk as well as your inbox. Hilton explains the process on its Enhanced Security help page.
If you receive a code you did not request, Hilton advises accessing your account and changing your password promptly because someone may be attempting to compromise it. Do not share a verification code with someone who contacts you unexpectedly.

If you cannot access the email or phone on your account
If the saved verification contact is unavailable, use the “Call Me” option or chat on Hilton’s Enhanced Security page to reach an agent. For other account problems, Hilton offers an account question form, chat, and a request-a-call option. Hilton’s Help Center lists +1-800-4honors and says chat is available 24/7; readers outside the United States can check Hilton’s help page for current regional phone numbers.
Access without a physical membership card
You do not need a physical Hilton Honors card to use your account. Hilton says members can view a virtual membership card online or in the app, and can print it if needed. Its membership-card guidance describes these options.
