The Herington Latex Dual Contour Profile Pillow is a contoured latex pillow with a removable cover, but the published information does not establish that its height or feel will suit every sleeper. Before buying in Australia, confirm you are looking at the Profile model—not a similarly named Herington Latex Contour Pillow—and check the exact listing, seller, price, stock, care instructions, warranty and returns policy.
Which Herington pillow is this review about?
Jaspa Herington names the product Herington Latex Dual Contour Profile Pillow. Its page describes an ExcelLatex pillow with a dual-contoured profile, ventilation pin-cored holes and a removable four-way-stretch velour cover. Those are the manufacturer’s product descriptions, not independently verified findings about comfort, airflow or support. Jaspa Herington’s product page is the key reference for identifying the exact model.
Similar names can refer to different listings. CHOICE reviews a “Herington Latex Dual Contour Pillow,” while House/MyHouse lists a “Herington Latex Contour Pillow” with different dimensions and a Talalay latex description. Do not assume those specifications describe the Profile Pillow.

What do the available reviews establish?
CHOICE’s public listing shows test categories, but its Expert Rating and scores are available only to members. The public information therefore does not support a numerical rating or a claim that this pillow outperforms alternatives.
Jaspa Herington’s page displayed four customer reviews averaging 4.0 out of 5 when retrieved: three 5/5 reviews and one 1/5 review. The comments are individual experiences, not evidence of typical comfort or a medical benefit. The manufacturer’s statement that the dual contour “gives optimum cradled support options for maximum comfort” is a product claim, not an independently established outcome.

Will its contour and height suit you?
A contour pillow’s fit depends on its shape and height relative to your body and preferred sleeping posture. The available published information does not establish that this model is suitable for a particular sleep position, neck concern or other health condition. Treat the contour description as a feature to assess against your own comfort needs, not as a guarantee of support or treatment.
- Check the exact Profile Pillow’s dimensions and contour heights on the current listing; do not use the dimensions of another Herington model as a substitute.
- Look for a clear description or illustration of the two contour sides, and consider whether either side appears to match the pillow height you prefer.
- If you cannot assess fit before purchase, read the seller’s return terms carefully. Bedding products may have restricted change-of-mind returns.
How should you clean it?
The manufacturer says to remove the cover and hand-wash it in warm water or machine-wash it on a gentle cycle at up to 60°C. It says not to machine-wash the latex pillow itself; spot-clean the inner pillow instead. CHOICE also advises spot-cleaning the pillow and not machine-washing it. Follow the current care label if it differs from a general listing description.

What are the warranty and return terms?
Jaspa Herington states a five-year product warranty. Its page also says bedding products cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons unless there is a major problem. Read the current wording and ask the seller how it applies to the exact item, especially if you are uncertain about the model or fit. A store policy does not remove consumer rights that apply under Australian law.
What does it cost, and is it in stock?
Prices and availability varied across the retrieved listings, which may reflect different dates, sellers or promotions. These are snapshots, not confirmed current offers.
Rank #4
- Usage: The pillow is medium firm (as individual preferences vary, the perception of softness or firmness may also differ). With a height of 3.1"/3.9", it features a low and thin design, making it suitable for individuals with low sleep height requirements
- No deformation—Even after long time of use, latex pillows retain their elasticity and loft, resisting flattening or clumping. Their softness remains unaffected by temperature changes, ensuring year-round comfort with a consistently plush yet highly resilient feel
- The contour follows your natural neck curve. Made of elastic and soft latex, it snuggles your head and neck closely, delivers balanced support for comfort
- Latex pillow can not sun, do not put the pillow on the balcony window or the like to avoid exposure to the sun
- Breathable hole design--The latex foam pillow is designed with open holes for air circulation and improved breathability. Usually no special care, the inner cover is made of polyester, the outer pillowcase is made of cotton, you only need to wash the outer pillowcase

Who should consider it?
This pillow is worth considering if you specifically want a contoured latex design and are comfortable with the care requirements and limited ability to assess fit through a change-of-mind return. The public evidence is not enough to recommend it as a proven comfort upgrade, for a particular sleeping position, or as a remedy for pain. A buyer who needs assured fit should first confirm the Profile model’s dimensions and ask the retailer about its applicable return policy.
