Is E-Day officially moddable on PC?
Gears of War: E-Day launched worldwide on October 6, 2026, following early access that began October 1. Xbox lists Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and Steam as platforms. Xbox describes E-Day as built on Unreal Engine 5 and DirectX 12, with PC rendering and optimization features including hardware ray tracing and supported options from NVIDIA, AMD, Unreal Engine, and Intel. Steam also lists PC options such as uncapped frame rates on capable hardware, ultrawide support, input remapping, upscaling and frame-generation features, variable rate shading, and a built-in benchmark.
