Stage Tour has added Dream Theater’s “Under a Glass Moon,” Arch Enemy’s “Handshake With Hell,” and Sylosis’s “The New Flesh” to its planned soundtrack. The September 30, 2026, announcement brings the number of confirmed songs to 57; developer RedOctane Games says the launch setlist will contain more than 90 tracks.

Which songs did Stage Tour add?

Stage Tour’s official Setlist Reveal #12 names three tracks. RedOctane describes the selection as spanning progressive metal, melodic death metal, and thrash metal; those genre labels are the announcement’s descriptions.

  • Dream Theater — “Under a Glass Moon”: The song is from the band’s second studio album, Images and Words. The announcement highlights John Petrucci’s guitar solo and says the band has performed the song live more than 580 times. That performance count is the publisher’s figure, not an independently verified tally.
  • Arch Enemy — “Handshake With Hell”: From Deceivers, the track features a tapping guitar intro, multiple solos, and clean vocals from Alissa White-Gluz alongside the band’s growls, according to the announcement.
  • Sylosis — “The New Flesh”: The title track of the band’s seventh studio album, released in February 2026, was mastered by Adam “Nolly” Getgood, the announcement says.

See Stage Tour’s Setlist Reveal #12 for the complete announcement and song list. The PRP also reported on a wider 13-song announcement burst, but for these three tracks the official post is the source of record: The PRP’s October 1 report.

How complete is the soundtrack?

The 57 songs announced so far are a partial list, not the finished launch soundtrack. RedOctane is aiming for more than 90 tracks at launch, covering six decades of music. Its official FAQ says the selection is primarily licensed rock and metal, with a range of genres represented, and that additional music is planned as post-launch DLC. The final launch list has not been fully disclosed.

Will an existing instrument controller work?

Compatibility depends on both the controller and the platform running the game. The official FAQ names CRKD guitars, Riffmaster, and Rock Band 4 instruments among examples expected to work natively on supported platforms. Older Xbox 360, Wii, PS3, and PS2 hardware may need adapters. That does not establish that every model will work: check the exact controller, any required adapter, and the relevant platform guidance before buying or connecting gear.

The official store lists a Stage Tour Kramer Wireless Guitar Controller, a drum kit, a microphone, and hardware expansions. Buying a new controller is optional; the right setup depends on the instrument style you want to play and what your platform supports.

Drum setup details

For Pro Drums, the FAQ says gameplay uses cymbal notes. Expert+ double-bass sections are intended for two kick pedals. Consider those requirements when choosing a drum setup, since a basic kit may not include every component needed for those modes.
