Disney World, Universal und SeaWorld sind für GTA 6 nicht bestätigt. Rockstar-Umweltkunstchef Paul MacPherson sagte, das Spiel werde möglicherweise nicht genau diese realen Orte enthalten, solle aber das „volle Florida-Erlebnis“ vermitteln. Das schließt einen erfundenen Freizeitpark nicht ausdrücklich aus.
Was Rockstar über Disney World und andere Parks gesagt hat
In einem Interview für die GTA-VI-Titelgeschichte von Game Informer fragte das Magazin nach Zentralflorida und seinen bekannten Touristenattraktionen. Paul MacPherson, Senior Vice President of Environment Art bei Rockstar Games, erklärte, das Team bewerte unterschiedliche Landschaften, Orte, Bauwerke und Sehenswürdigkeiten und wähle gemeinsam mit Design und Erzählung aus, was dem Spiel am besten dient.
“We have to constantly evaluate the diversity of landscapes, towns, structures, landmarks, vistas, plant species, rock formations, and everything else before we work with design and narrative to distill a list down that best works with and serves the game’s needs. So, while we may not have those exact locations, everything we have is geared to getting that full Florida experience!”

Mit „those exact locations“ meint MacPherson möglicherweise die realen Orte, nach denen gefragt wurde. Seine Antwort ist keine ausdrückliche Erklärung, dass Disney World, Universal oder SeaWorld jeweils definitiv ausgeschlossen sind. Sie bestätigt auch keine direkte Nachbildung oder Parodie eines dieser Parks.
Wird es überhaupt einen Freizeitpark in GTA 6 geben?
Das ist offen. In den genannten Quellen wurde kein Freizeitpark für GTA 6 bestätigt. MacPhersons Aussage schließt jedoch nicht klar aus, dass Rockstar einen fiktionalisierten Park ins Spiel aufnimmt: Sie lässt lediglich offen, ob die konkreten realen Attraktionen auftauchen. Eine definitive Aussage, dass es gar keinen Park geben wird, wäre daher zu weitgehend.

Florida-Gefühl statt vollständiger 1:1-Karte
MacPherson beschreibt eine Auswahl von Landschaften, Städten, Bauwerken und weiteren Merkmalen, die zu den Anforderungen des Spiels und seiner Erzählung passen sollen. Das deutet auf eine kuratierte Spielwelt hin, nicht auf eine vollständige Abbildung jedes bekannten Ortes in Florida. Aus dem Interview lässt sich nicht ableiten, dass ein bestimmter Park aus technischen Gründen oder wegen fehlenden Spielwerts entfällt.

Game Informer veröffentlichte seine 14-seitige GTA-VI-Titelgeschichte am 29. September 2026. Die Magazinseite führt PlayStation 5 und Xbox Series X/S als Plattformen sowie den 19. November 2026 als geplanten Veröffentlichungstermin auf. Der Termin ist ein zeitabhängiger Planungsstand und kann sich ändern.
