GoTo Connect is a cloud business phone system with optional customer-experience and contact-center capabilities. In 2026, its official pricing page names four offerings—Phone System, Customer Experience (CX), CX Complete, and Contact Center—but directs buyers to sales rather than publishing fixed prices. That means the useful way to evaluate it is to match the tier to your call flows, channels, integrations, and staffing needs, then compare the written quote with those requirements.
How GoTo Connect plans and pricing work in 2026
GoTo’s official pricing page presents four offerings and asks prospective customers to contact sales. It does not show fixed prices in the reviewed content. Expect the actual price and terms to come from a tailored quote, and confirm the billing basis and any account-specific charges in writing.
| Offering | What GoTo describes | Best fit to investigate |
|---|---|---|
| Phone System | Business phone capabilities, with calling, meetings, messaging, administration, and support features. | Organizations whose main requirement is a cloud phone system with business call routing. |
| Customer Experience (CX) | Phone System capabilities plus digital customer channels and tools, including shared inbox and enhanced reporting features. | Teams that need to manage customer interactions across voice and digital channels. |
| CX Complete | Advanced analytics, AI-driven dynamic routing, webinar capabilities, and a virtual assistant, in addition to the lower-tier capabilities described by GoTo. | Organizations that need more advanced routing and analytics or want the listed AI and webinar capabilities. |
| Contact Center | Contact-center capabilities for agents and supervisors, including agent and supervisor tools. | Teams with contact-center workflows, monitoring, coaching, or queue-management needs. |
These descriptions identify the broad differences, not every entitlement or contract term. The official page also lists unified administration, scalability, and 24/7 support across plans. It describes 1,000 shared toll-free minutes and calling to 50+ international countries, while noting that toll-free minutes and international calling may differ by region. SMS availability and credits can also vary by region, so have GoTo confirm what applies to your location and quote.
G2 reports $27 per month for Basic and $32 for Standard. Those are G2-reported amounts, not current official prices confirmed by GoTo; G2 says final purchase negotiations take place with the seller. Do not assume they are per-user rates or available to every buyer. GetVoIP’s guide, updated January 5, 2026, also characterizes pricing as quote-based; the guide is secondary context, while GoTo’s own page is the source to check for its current buying process.

What each tier adds
Phone System: calling and core communications
GoTo lists cloud calling from devices, number porting, local, toll-free, and vanity numbers, unlimited auto attendants and queues, custom dial plans, mobile and desktop apps, and video meetings. Its pricing page says meetings support up to 250 participants. Confirm regional limits, feature entitlements, and whether the call-routing configuration you need is included in the specific quote.
Customer Experience: digital channels and shared workflows
CX adds channels and tools such as WhatsApp, social channels, SMS campaigns, web chat, surveys, a team inbox, enhanced reporting, AI call summaries, dashboards, and an attendant console. GoTo also lists ServiceNow and Zendesk integrations in the CX feature set.

CX Complete: advanced analytics and AI features
CX Complete adds advanced reporting and performance analytics, AI-driven call handling and dynamic routing, webinar capabilities, and a virtual assistant that can answer calls and capture details. Ask for a demonstration of the specific call scenarios you intend to automate; a feature label alone does not establish how well it will fit your workflow.
Contact Center: tools for agents and supervisors
The Contact Center offering includes capabilities such as AI chat analysis, supervisor reporting, an agent dashboard and integrated softphone, skills assignment, tagging and priority routing, call wrap-up, queue callback, an auto dialer, agent monitoring and coaching, co-browsing, and ring-strategy options. Verify which tools are part of the quoted tier and which depend on configuration or other licensing.

Devices, integrations, and everyday use
You do not necessarily need a desk phone to use a cloud phone system: GoTo describes mobile and desktop apps as ways to make and manage calls. Whether those apps are sufficient depends on how your staff work. If desk phones matter, ask GoTo to confirm the currently supported models and any purchase, rental, or configuration costs; the reviewed product pages do not provide a definitive compatibility list.
GoTo’s Phone System product page lists integrations including Salesforce, Google, Zendesk, Slack, HubSpot, and ServiceNow. It also describes meetings, messaging, screen sharing, team chat, SMS/MMS, and file sharing. A named integration does not by itself confirm that the exact workflow or license you need is supported. In a demo, test the intended CRM or help-desk actions and ask who supports the connection if it fails.

What customer reviews do—and do not—show
Gartner Peer Insights displays mixed individual accounts. One review, dated May 6, 2026, praises flexible call routing and a user-friendly interface while criticizing third-party integration support. Another, dated April 6, 2026, describes useful customization but raises concerns about support limitations. A reviewer also reports phone reliability problems. These are reviewer experiences, not independently measured reliability or proof that every customer will encounter the same issues. You can read the displayed accounts on Gartner Peer Insights.
GoTo separately markets 99.999% availability on its product page, but the reviewed page does not state the methodology or measurement period for that vendor claim. It should not be treated as an independently verified uptime result or as a guarantee for a particular deployment. Ask what service commitments apply to your contract and how outages or device failures are handled.
Is GoTo Connect a good fit?
GoTo Connect is worth evaluating if you want a cloud phone system and may also need digital channels, shared customer workflows, or contact-center features in the same product family. The tier structure gives buyers a route from core telephony toward broader customer engagement, but the fit and cost depend on the exact tier, regional entitlements, integrations, and contract terms in the quote.
Do not choose it on an assumed public price or an unverified feature checklist. Obtain a written quote, test a real call-flow and integration scenario in a demo, and compare the total cost and support commitments against your requirements. The available information does not establish that GoTo is the best-value choice for every organization.
