The official broadcast is archived on YouTube. The update expanded Fontaine with the Fortress of Meropide and nearby underwater content, continued the Archon Quest, introduced new events and minigames, and included anniversary-related mailbox rewards. How code redemption worked
In the game client
- Open Genshin Impact and the Paimon Menu.
- Select Settings, then open Account.
- Choose Redeem Code.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Open the in-game mailbox to collect the reward.
On the official website
- Sign in with the HoYoverse account linked to your game.
- Open the official redemption page: genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift.
- Select the correct server and character.
- Enter the code and redeem it.
- Log in to the matching character and collect the message from in-game mail.
Common redemption errors
- Code expired: expected for the 4.1 livestream codes.
- Already redeemed: that account has claimed the code before.
- Wrong account or server: delivery is tied to the selected HoYoverse account, server and character.
- No message: check mail, restart the client and verify the account and server.

How to assess the banner choices
- Neuvillette: consider whether your roster needs an on-field Hydro damage dealer and whether his charged-attack playstyle suits you.
- Wriothesley: evaluate your Cryo teams and your preference for close-range, on-field catalyst combat.
- Hu Tao and Venti: weigh existing ownership, constellation goals, available weapons and whether you need a Pyro damage dealer or Anemo crowd control.
- Any account: compare the pull against saving Primogems for later characters, weapons or reruns. Free-to-play players generally benefit from filling roster gaps and planning pity rather than chasing every banner.

Story and activities
The update advanced Fontaine’s Archon Quest and added limited-time events and minigames. Anniversary activities and mailbox gifts accompanied the rollout but were not part of the three livestream-code rewards.
Quality-of-life changes
